This should be my last question. Where does the custom domain and custom URL take effect? Do I get my custom domain in the invite link, and if so, where else does it apply? Do you have any documentation available on this particular feature that I can review?
A: Yes, you get the custom sub domain in the invite link. The Custom URL is more suitable if you are not using the sub-domain but if you want to create like space.company.com/meet it's available as well. You can find the documentation here https://knowledgebase.gobrunch.com/assigning-a-cname/how-to-add-a-custom-sub-domain
Sorry for the barrage of questions. With reference to recording the meeting, is there an option to just record the audio of the meeting. Thank you in advance.
This is specific to attendees and not the organizer or the moderator. Would the attendees get an optimum experience if they attend the meeting from a mobile device ? Can they even attend this from a mobile device or is this strictly a desktop/laptop required software.
Also, do the attendees have to create an account with GoBrunch to attend this or can they simply click an invite link and get the meeting screen.
A: The attendees don't need to create an account or login from either laptops or phones. We have a dedicated video showing how to join a meeting from the attendees perspective. You can watch here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_2X-VyWpq8. This video shows first the desktop experience and then the mobile view. You can also get a preview here...
My use case is as follows: I am working with a realtor and we are planning to have prospective clients attend a live online meeting. Nothing super complex and there will be a presentation and the realtor will take questions about the property at the end.
I understand that I can record the online meeting but what resolution can I get the recording (does Tiers matter) and what quality is the audio ?. Uploading to YouTube is a main part of the marketing for me and it would be great if I can specifics that will help me.
A: Hey Jimmy. The recording resolution will depend on your monitor as it will screen capture whatever you are sharing in your screen. I'd say the best use case of GoBrunch based on what you described is to create rooms with backgrounds representing your properties with the option to make a tour and meet in different environments. That way the realtors can even remain online in a permanent room to...

Q: Can I Just Record Audio ?
Hi,
Sorry for the barrage of questions. With reference to recording the meeting, is there an option to just record the audio of the meeting. Thank you in advance.

Mar 6, 2025A: No worries. Downloading audio separately is still not available, but it's on the roadmap. Cheers.

Q: Ideal Device For Attending

Also, do the attendees have to create an account with GoBrunch to attend this or can they simply click an invite link and get the meeting screen.
Please clarify.
