Can you set limits on a sub-account? For instance can I limit a sub-account to a set amount of spaces that they create rooms in? Also can I prohibit that sub-account from having room management and room creation capabalities in certain spaces (that I want another sub-account to manage)?
A: Hey, thank you for asking. The sub-accounts are suitable for adding team members. Right now there are only 2 levels. You can add a person as a moderator where they can mute and unmute people, lock and unlock rooms. Or you can combine with sub-accounts where they can also customize and add rooms to the spaces.
I bought T3, and I created a subdomain which applies only to one space and not to all the spaces I created. Why? The rest of the spaces have Gobrunch links, is this how it work?
What should I do to have my custom subdomain for all the spaces I create?
When I add a new subdomain on the Gobrunch panel, the new one replaces the old, so it seems as if i can only have one subdomain and not more than one, so how to use the 7 subdomain?
I cannot add any sub-accounts. Is my account having a bug or what?
Is it possible to add another subdomain for company B [x.com] (Above is company A [y.com])? if possible, how do i do it?
A: Hey, happy to help. 1. You can assign one space per domain or subdomain but all your GoBrunch spaces will be accessible through them. For example, let's say you have office.domain.com. Once you associate this domain to your space say /events/abc/abc, that means every time someone put this address in their browser it will take them to your office. If you are tier 3, you can setup 7 subdomains...
1. How do you use subdomains 2. How do you use sub-accounts 3. How do you use spaces 4. How many rooms can we create on tier 3 5. How do you use custom domains 6. How do you create metaverses 7. What is the maximum number of members in a community?
A: Hi Ade, 1. You can find the documentation about sub domains here https://knowledgebase.gobrunch.com/assigning-a-cname/how-to-add-a-custom-sub-domain. Pretty much you just need to create an A record on your domain provider and your space will be like meet.ade.com.
2. Sub-accounts are for adding team members to help you managing your rooms, very suitable if you are planning to use as a virtual...
1. Currently there is no limit for creating spaces, only rooms 2. Yes, reach out to me 3. You can setup your custom domain and branding. I think it will depend on your use case.
1. No limit on spaces. What is the rooms limit per space? 2. What other limits does Tier 3 have apart from 7 sub-domains 3. Is there a limit on domains
Hey Ade. Tier 3 is up to 50. 600 attendees per room | 120 GB Storage | 10 GB documents storage | 10 presenter cams per room. Looking forward to see you in the community.
Q: Random room assignment for Speed networking
Can we have "speed networking" sessions as part of networking events? I want a time slot where the system randomly pairs two people in private rooms to meet for five minutes, then rotates them to meet new people over a set period.
A: Hey, while this feature is still not available, I attended a few networking sessions where the dynamics were different and people had to explore different rooms to meet new people. I actually enjoyed more than the traditional way, as I was always curious to find out what was coming next. You can also upvote here...
A: Hey I think GoBrunch allows around 80% of their functionalities. Multi-player games are a little bit more tricky but I have seen some people achieving that as well. Join the community events to see how people are doing it. Cheers.

Q: Features Like WithConfetti.com?
Hi Richard,
I was wondering if you ever considered offer features or some sort of marketplace with functions similar to:
https://www.withconfetti.com
I think they would enhance GoBrunch nicely!
Thanks!
