Q: How to remove "Create Account" (linked to GoBrunch) on the joining page shown to new users of our meeting space?

I purchased GoBrunch some time ago. One of the major reasons for my buying decision is the custom branding feature (with no traces of GoBrunch) to make the space uniquely ours for our community. However, the joining page now shows a "Create Account" which also shows "By signing up, you agree to GoBrunch's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DPA" which is linked to the main GoBrunch page. How can...

A: That's a good catch from the new UI. We modernized as some users were asking that, and before it was more discrete. I will ask my team to hide terms for custom sub-domains and should be done in the next 1-2 weeks.

Q: Transactional fees?

Perhaps you can explain "transactional fees." I couldn't find any good explanation in the LTD description (except that it's there and varies by tier) or on your website. Are you offering a merchant of record service or something? If not, why wouldn't I simply link buyers to my own external order form?

A: Transactional fees are only applied if you use our Community feature to collect payments from your members. If you only use for web conferencing there are no fees applied. Q: Do we have to use YouTube or AWS to use Go Brunch

Do we have to use YouTube or AWS to use Go Brunch or does Go Brunch have its own video recording for webinars. Can we do automated webinars? Can I do virtual workshops with Go Brunch

A: Hi Jeane, thank you for asking.

1. You don't need to use AWS or any 3rd-party provider. GoBrunch has it's own infra-instructure for video conferencing.
2. You can do automated webinars using our on-demand video feature, but we don't play videos at specific times.

Hope you join the club. Cheers.

Q: Multiple, simultaneous streams

Hi there, we currently use zoom events as we operate online conferences and need the option to be able to offer four or five streams at one time, within one event.

Our events have up-to five presenters speaking at a time, in different ‘rooms’.

Is this something that is possible?

If it is possible, how do people navigate between rooms?

Is the software accessible in terms of those with sight loss, is it compatible with screen readers?

A: Hey Jenny.

1. Yes, you can have multiple rooms running simultaneously in an independent way.

2. There are different ways to navigate between rooms. You can use the All Rooms button to see the grid of rooms, or add navigation arrows pointing to different rooms, or embed a panel with different links.

3. Accessibility is something we’re actively improving. The interface includes labeled...
