I have read multiple review where users are complaining they were charged unfairly. My guess is that the users are using more than their quota allows each month. However, this is bound to happen to everyone as it is not easy to know exactly when to stop. May I know if this issue is resolved or still there? Is there a way to stop the service when the limit it reached each month so there is not unexpected invoice or banning of users until payment is done.
On the redemption instructions page it's written: "You should see your account update to "Special Offer: AppSumo - 20 credits /month for 12 months."" is just for 12 months? also, this can be also to existing customers ?

Please refer to your Upcoming Invoice section in your profile as of the moment, or you can directly reach out to our support team.
It's in your profile page, simply look for the 'Upcoming Invoice' where it show's your usage including the amount deducted to your $30 for each billing cycle.

I redeemed the first one under my email account. I'm now trying to redeem the second one using the same email. After entering the AppSumo code in the Promotion Code field, I'm getting the message: Are you sure to replace your existing offer " AppSumo SERP - $25 credits / month"?
Let me rephrase my question. I bought one code for your Google Map Scraper and one code for Google Search Scraper. I redeemed Google Search Scraper using an email. I now want to activate the other product (Google Map Scraper), but it is under the same email. That is where I'm getting error. I want to use one email for both products. Technically using one account for two products under 1 email
