A: Hi, Those backgrounds are decorative ones we add to the thumbnails to make them not-so-boring. But yeah, we'll defiantly consider adding them to the export output as well.

During the morning I couldn't access the platform. I tried several times. I couldn't share because it says it was a problem that the website was down.It was just a web browser computer base.

A: Hi, The website is working fine. There was no scheduled maintenance down time this week. Not sure if there was a temporary issue from one our cloud service providers. Anyhow, it should be working alright now š.
For about 5 minutes I was helpfully randomly clicking with a smile on my face thinking how great this is. But even though I could add my own brand colours it was not really branded. Then I realised what the problem was - I have my own icons - without adding those these feel generic.
SO can I add my own icons to the house-style?

A: Hi, we do not support adding custom icons to infographics. You have to use icons from our curated library of over 2000 icons covering lot of categories. If you feel like any particular set of icons are missing, please let us know. We will try to add them to the library.
Thank you for your previous response. I was also wondering: could the AI be improved so that it can accurately identify key information in unstructured text and generate correct diagrams without relying on formatting (e.g., bullet points)?

A: Actually that can be done by a little bit of prompting. For example you can write in the box something like: "Summarize the following to 3 points: [your text].." and it will create 3 point infographic. Much of the usual ChatGPT like prompting should work too.
