Edited May 24, 2026A: Hey, you can always reach us through Intercom (live chat) via grainql.com/support or "Get Help" button on the top-right corner of the dashboard.
We've noticed that for some reason our messenger was made invisible despite no changes made on our side. Just updated settings and now support widget should be visible (looks like an Intercom bug). If you send us a short message there, I can quickly identify your account and help you get started with Grain!
