Q: Why are some German voices from the demo page missing in license level 4?
Great product, but I think one thing is a pity, because that's what convinced me. I tried out a few models for the German language on the website https://gspeech.io/?utm_source=appsumo.com. I really liked the voices of Amelie and Maximilian, but also Sophia, Emma and Jonas. After I bought license level 4 and installed the WordPress plugin, I was unfortunately unable to select these voices. Why are these voices available in the demo site but not in the plugin?
We decided to make them available for our AppSumo users as well. To allow that, we are integrating an AI credits system, which will apply TTS ratio, based on selected TTS model. It will be ready soon.
Before that, I moved you to our standard plan, so you can use all voices. They are unlocked now. You will need to re-connect to cloud console, and clear browser cache, to load them.
How is the AI credits system different from the AI characters quota? Please elaborate AI character cost in credits for Polyglot voices. How many free credits are provided per month with each plan?
The AI credits system is designed to give AppSumo users access to all our voices, including 100+ upcoming voice styles. To enable this, we are integrating a TTS ratio that depends on the selected voice type. Exact rates are not available at this time—they will be announced once the integration is complete.
Q: What is the difference between real-time and non-realtime translation?
Real-time translation is a powerful feature integrated into GSpeech players, represented by a globe icon. When activated, this icon reveals a dropdown menu displaying a selection of supported languages. This functionality allows users to listen to audio content translated into their preferred language instantly. Remarkably, this feature operates independently of your website’s existing multilingual capabilities. Q: Im buying Tier 3 but Im not sure. Please expalin
Hello Im trying to buy the Tier 3 and that s what my budget can do but Im not sure about the Advance Analytics issue. What analytics do the other Tiers have , because it is very bad not to get analytics of how users are reading my content . Anything to do about the Advance analytics or any other analytics for Tier 3 so i can buy now ? I just want to know what analytics is part of Tier3 before i buy . Thanks
Advanced analytics represents a detailed device and region stats for each generated audio file. We decided to give access to it in Tier 3 as well, so do not worry about that.

I read a bit about you mentioning GSpeech Studio. I am looking to take my youtube videos and translate the audio of those videos to another language. I bought tier 4 since you mentioned tier 4 & 5 will get access to GSpeech Studio. I was only going to buy Tier 3 originally, my question is should I not have upgraded to tier 4 and instead wait for GSpeech Studio to come out and then buy GSpeech Studio. I want to make sure I invest the money appropriately to GSpeech Studio, since I only need Tier 3 of GSpeech. Thank you.
GSpeech Studio will be available for Tier 4 and 5 users. We will support both transcript translation and audio generation, allowing you to translate and generate audio in another language for your videos.
However, please note that we currently do not have information regarding the exact release date for GSpeech Studio. Since our deal ends soon, if you wish to use GSpeech Studio when it becomes available, it’s best to stay on Tier 4 for now to ensure you have access as soon as it's released.

I have several google docs I want to turn into real human sounding audio. Would this work on a google doc or only on a website?
