Q: Using it for multiple apps?

It seems like knowledge base doesn't have option to organize by collection. So all the links, sitemaps I might want to add in there, they will all be at one place and risks of mixing up. How do you suggest I organize my data?

A: Hi Nivesh,

At the moment, the Knowledge Base doesn't support organizing content into collections. I understand that if you have multiple websites, the information can end up getting mixed together. That's why it's generally best to use separate Helploom accounts for each business.

On the other hand, you can create a Help Center, where you'll be able to organize your documentation into collections. Your AI chatbot can also use your Help Center as a knowledge source, making it a great way to keep content organized.

Do you have a guide to do that?

Sure! This guide will walk you through getting your help center set up: https://helploom.com/help/articles/how-can-i-set-up-my-help-center-B38MvdjVcK

We'd love to clarify the difference between the Knowledge Base and the Help Center to help clear up any confusion.
The Knowledge Base is where you upload information in a variety of formats to train your AI bot. This content is internal, meaning your customers can't see it.

The Help Center, on the other hand, is your customer-facing documentation site. It's where you can create, organize, and publish help articles for your customers to browse. Articles can be grouped into collections, making it easier for customers to find the specific information they need about your product.

One thing about help center, It asks me to create an article manually which isn't very 2026. If there is a way to bulk import, or a MCP to handle that?
