A: Yes. You can use the same chat bubble and the same knowledge base across multiple environments (for example, dev, staging, production, or different subdomains).

You’ll just need to add each subdomain where you want the widget to appear. Once configured, you simply use the same embed code across those sites—there’s no need to create separate installs or duplicate your knowledge base.

The base LTD includes 5,000 AI messages per month. The usage resets every month, and each chatbot response counts toward that limit.

Unlimited AI messages are available through the separate Unlimited AI Messages add-on. If that add-on is applied to the account, the monthly message limit is removed.

For the AI models, we currently use GPT-4.1-mini and GPT-4o-mini.

Currently, BYOK is not supported.
