You mentioned "mail", we still don't have an email channel, but it's in the making!
We don't import the "old" conversations when you connect a new channel, but from the moment you connect a channel to our platform, all the new messages will be stored on our platform with no time limit!
About WhatsApp, it's very safe! We are an Official Meta Partner
So the Answers would never refer to any old messages. The customer "starts existing" only from the moment heyy is connected and when the connection is lost for a day, heyy is not capable to get the information during the "unconnected" period?
About Whatsapp: So do I need the Business-API für Whatsapp?
Why should the connection be lost? As long as we have a connection to the channel, we get ALL the messages.
About WhatsApp, you need 2 things: 1. Facebook Business Portfolio (formerly Facebook Business Manager) 2. WhatsApp number - can be a clean number with no WhatsApp or a WhatsApp Business app (1 is called Cloud API and the other is coexistence)

Do you also offer role-based knowledge base (private and public pages, and public pages that are available based on user segmentation)? 3. Do you have an API that allows replying to an active conversation after retrieving information from a 3rd party source (use case: Active chat --> Webhook to Zapier or similar --> reply with the answer to the active conversation)

Heyy looks pretty cool. I’m just wondering if it could work the same way as ManyChat, where a keyword triggers a certain action?

A: Yes, you can! You can set "keyword triggers" (we call it conditions) for all incoming messages and detect if a certain word exists, you can also combine it with many more conditions that are not only keyword-related.
Cool...Conditions - like: Don´t call it Schnitzel :D One more thing Daniel - How credits are calculated and do you have some special offers for sumolings, when our monthly credits are used? ;)
Haha :D Our credits are used for every AI employee message (1 credit) and for every automation trigger - only the trigger, so if the automation is 100 actions long, it's only 1 credit.
Yeah, we are open for special offers for sumolings :D
