1, What is an AI action, page says 8/ai employee, can you give me some examples of AI actions ?
2, it says pricing for WhatsApp chats, I assume no charges for whatsapp coexistence ?
3, What is a credit, is it an ai token? or maybe each message the ai sends is 1 token regardless of how long then message is?
The product looks nice, I'd need email too, part of the unified inbox and automations flow, please implement it in the format of we forward the emails to heyy (not Oauth/imap) and then custom smtp for outgoing from heyy for spf/dkim.
Please add telegram with markdown support (also markdown support for whatsapp and email etc) + alternatives to twillio, maybe clicksend.
Please make a roadmap, feature request page and status page.
You could also add a knowledgebase product as part of heyy plans (like other similar products)

1. AI action can be "read contact", "update contact", "trigger automation" or "custom API call", it can be used for searching available meeting spots, booking an appointment, updating external CRM etc'
2. The WhatsApp charge is only fair templates used for initiating a conversation with a user, all regular messages are free of charge.
3. You almost got it, a credit is 1 AI employee message, and also an automation trigger is 1 credit (no matter how long the automation is its 1 credit for all of it)
About emails we are on it! in the exact way you described: forwarding for incoming and SMPT for outgoing.
The roadmap is a good idea, noted!
Can you clarify about the knowledge base product? Do you mean an article support center?
By what is a credit the pdf says 1 credit per trigger and 1 per ai message.
4, Also can we change how the live chat appears, on your site it opens with talking to AI employee, can we have it like intercom where it shows the real team members and then when the user starts typing it shows ai agent as the one replying ?
You can customize the live chat's appearance, positioning, the URLs you want it to appear and more, about the "real team members" profiles we don't have that yet.
Mobile app is also necessary,
and byok please, if it's 1usd for each message in the ai that is very expensive?
About the 1 credit per message, it's not 1 USD, it's $20 per 1K credits so $0.02 per message

Just to clarify, even in WhatsApp coexistence if I initiate a convo there will be a charge and the template needs approval from meta?
About the article support center, currently we don't aim there, we focus on communication and are trying to perfect it.
If you initiate a conversation via the WhatsApp app its free of charge, and you don't need a template for that. If you want to initiate a conversation through us, then you will need a template. And yes, templates require approval from Meta beforehand.
