A: Hey Wahed -
Yep, in Settings you can predefine tax labels and amounts (like GST 18%, or split as CGST and SGST) and toggle them on per invoice. For GSTIN, just add yours to your workspace details and your customer’s to their record 🙏
Is it possible to just send the invoice without adding a payment method. Just automated invoice creation and scheduling cause we have already established payment method through direct bank transfer.

A: Good Q - Yes, totally supported. You don't need to connect Stripe or any payment method... You can just create an invoice and send it.
If your client pays by bank transfer as usual, and you manually mark the invoice as paid once the funds land.
You can also add your bank details into the invoice email content so your client knows exactly where to send payment. If you want HoneyBill to send...
Hi John, I have another question. Is there a way to upload my old existing invoices in a client for history/tracking purposes? If not yet, it'll be a great addition to your app.
I’m agree with this. Would it be possible for to submit my previous invoices from another provider? and how? Also 1) If my branded email provider is hostinger not gmail, it will work? 2) HoneyBill has mobile access, iPhone App? I do 90% of my work on the go.
Q: Love what I see, Question, does the Revolut Payment Link function as a Hyperlink
Hi, Loving what I see, just upgraded to Tier Two on that basis. Question, to enable Revolut payments, do I create a payment link and copy and paste it into the available Field. From what I can see so far, that link is not functioning as a hyperlink, so does the customer have to copy and paste it into a browser, thanks

A: Hey Fran -welcome to Tier 2 and thanks for the kind words!
You've got the right setup... paste your Revolut payment link into the field in Settings, and it'll show on your invoices and payment page so customers can pay you via Revolut.
Just took a look and you're right that it's not rendering as a clickable hyperlink right now, that's a bug on our side. Getting that fixed asap. Will share an...

A: Hey Fran - great Q... HoneyBill treats invoices as fully paid or fully unpaid, so you can't take a deposit and have the same invoice update with a balance owing.
The plan is to let an invoice hold multiple payments with a running balance, so a $1,000 invoice can take a $500 deposit and reflect $500 still owing until your client comes back to pay the rest.

Thank You
