Could you please confirm if there is a client portal available that can be integrated into our website, enabling clients to log in and access all project-related information, including invoices, quotes, and warranty documents?

A: Not today. HoneyBill has a public invoice page you share with a secure link, but that's per-invoice rather than a full client login portal where they see everything in one place (invoices, quotes, warranty documents, etc.).
A proper client portal is a meaningful build, and one we'd commit to with strong demand. There's already an entry on the roadmap so worth dropping an upvote and a comment...

Hi, I'm planning to buy the 2nd tier, and wanted to check if you have these features that I think important:
1) Can you attach receipts to the invoice for backups purposes? 2) Can you recons bank statement monthly? and attach bank statement for backups? 3) Are there any reports like Profit and Loss statement, etc..?

A: Hey, thanks for asking! 1. Receipt attachments: yes, you can attach receipts (or any PDF) when sending an invoice email today, so they go out alongside the invoice.
2 & 3. Bank reconciliation and P&L reports: not in HoneyBill today. We do have invoice analytics built in (sent, paid, unpaid, overdue, revenue breakdowns by status, top paid customers, all filterable by date range and currency)...
I wanted to test HoneyBill before purchasing, but it doesn't seem possible. To be honest, this is a poor customer experience and makes me reconsider if HoneyBill is the right choice for me. Is there a way to trial the app first?

REST API and webhooks are both on the roadmap, still being scoped. Webhooks is probably the more useful of the two for most integration setups (Zapier, n8n, custom workflows all run off them).
