I notice there are no notifications, warnings, or updates about new versions of the product. I have never received any messages from HypeIndex AI regarding product updates. When I log in, everything is blank and there's nothing there. What's going on?
Why is there no news on your Facebook or X accounts? The last update was posted on January 1, 2025, and it seems the website has completely shut down.

It has been down for weeks if not months... If the service is not working the I should be getting a refund... It's merely a few months into the purchase and this happened.... Would AppSumo Team look into this???
