I know everyone is comparing you to ActiveCampaign, but I planned to use GoHighLevel.com instead, as they are now a stronger competitor than AC and ClickFunnels. Can your solution do what GHL does, or at least integrate to make it the same?
That's true, once you send a campaign to a contact list, you can't delete the list.
We do it because it is against anti-spam laws to and we have to prevent abuse.
Also, you if you have a valid reason to delete a list, all you need to do is contact with our support and we help you to delete your contact list.
Also, you can remove a contact, it's allowed. All you need to do is to find subscriber from Contacts page, click on it and at the right of the page you'll see "Unsubscribe" button.
This is simply not true, we tried to delete a list before and our request was turned down by you and your team... so this "delete upon request" process does not work!
Anyway, all ESPs allow their clients to remove and delete lists if they want to, I suggest you look a bit more what your competitors do!!!
Did you write our support team via support@useinbox.com and explain them why you wanted to delete your contact list? Because as i said, if our users have valid reason to delete a list, we help them to delete already.
We were allowing our users to delete their list till last year but we faced so many abusing issues. We'll work on a solution that both allows users to delete contact list and prevent abusing.
Said, we talked before by email and despite my numerous complaints, you continued to reject my request for deletion citing that you did not allow lists deletion... so stop pretending you do it, this is not true!
I saw tried a few other email marketings and I have never seen something like this. It is always easy to remove the list. Why do others give these options without any concern?
The problem is that other email marketing services give you sending credits, for example you can have up to 15.000 Subscribers and limited sending per month.
On the other hand, we give you unlimited sending, which means you can even send campaigns to your subscriber every day or even every hour.
When we allow contact list deletion, people will just get the lowest plan,start sending campaigns, deleting contacts, and import new contacts and sending again, without the need for higher packages. It becomes impossible for us to make a profit.
This is the case from our point of view. There is also the anti-spam policy side of it. Service providers want you to send your campaigns to your regular customers or contacts. When you send different emails to different people all the time, after a while, your deliverability rate decreases and this affects our IPs.
I really understand you guys, but as I said, we went through all of this when we allowed contact list deletion.
I was looking into sending annual emails at the same time each year for evergreen content but stopped looking after this question. I believe in the "right of deletion" and offer it to anyone who subscribes to my newsletter.
Q: I like it so far, but it is confusing when comes to design.
Can you make the background color set up in one go, not by each raw? It is time-consuming. Why do you use the American way for dates? Can you give an option at least plus add 24h. We Europeans and also Japanese use that way, not American. Image resize - can you make it on the spot, something like in GetResponse. Right now I have to wait for loading another page or popup to resize by guessing the size actually. Upon doing so it doesn't look like the image is resized. You have cool features in that popup window but resize should be on the spot by using the frame and resize with the click of the mouse. Can you make Autoresponder and Design as one (again GR comes to my mind) I click Autoresponder and do all the designs the same as I would do as Newsletter, schedule dates and time, and a viola? You need more templates as well. The choice of categories brings me to the blanc page. One must choose All to see something. I know you get there at some point.

You can resize or crop images as you wish. When you click on the image you uploaded, you'll see this option at the right of the page.
About attachments, with INBOXBrush you can generate a link for your attachments and you can insert this link to a word or a button. When people click on this link, a new tab will open and they see it.
There's no problem with fonts or types or numbering. You can give it a try and see.
Finally, you can always save or duplicate your works in INBOX.

There's so many factors that have affect on spam, for example the content of your emails, if there's a video or GIF, even the title of your emails. But if you reach out to our support and ask them to analyze your newsletter, they'll help you about it.

You can redeem up to 3 codes for 1 account. After that, you should create a new account to use your codes.
How do you mean by downloading CSV files? You can download your contacts or other metrics as CSV files, if you mean that. Or maybe you mean importing your contacts as CSV files, which is also available.
I think you are not understanding the OP question. Will you allow for CNAME so that landing pages will be customized to our own domains? This is not the same as SMTP and custom sending accounts.

Q: Be very careful with Inbox - the platform does not allow you to delete your contacts or lists.
Once it's there, there is no way to remove and this is BIG deal breaker!
I will not recommend it unless they allow their clients to edit/remove their contacts!!!

Can you explain the abusing issues whats happen.
Every Customer should have the right to handle their Emaillist/Contacts for himself.
We should have the right to delete the whole List in once, instead every
contact separately. ( we all want work efficiently )
And it would makes INBOX more trustworthy for us and our Clients
