I'm wondering how it works for me if I want to monitor not just companies, but also if I wanted to keep family members secure and monitor for them. How would I monitor their email addresses (or can I use emails?) and what license would I need to buy?
Also, if I detect threats, can I click a button in here to somehow fix the problem?

You can definitely add their personal emails for monitoring, also their phone numbers and social media user names are supported.
Just leave the domain box empty when you complete the wizard for organization creation, and advance to the personal emails section.
Unfortunately, once the data gets to the dark web it's impossible to remove it. Even if it goes away from one place it will...
I want to find scammer's who are pretending to be my business and posting on social media and scamming people. I want to protect my brand can "Insecure Web" help with this?

Most our partners use the API for their integrations. If you arte experiencing issues with the API, please ask support for an example of a script interacting with the API.
