A: HI, you can upgrade and buy up to 3 codes if your initial purchase was on this AppSumo deal. If you purchased the grandfather deal back on 2022/2023 then you cannot stack this on top of that deal.
That is what I was talking about. I bought three codes and it barely handles their services for a domain and a phone number. It’s really hard to see what is using what credits and what the actual monthly burn per service is. Unless I’m reading it wrong, but it came out to about 140 credits for the services for the domain and phone number. That’s not including any other assets.
Please navigate to https://app.insecureweb.com/app/billing-history and check your usage. Also check what services you have enabled for your organization, the summary tab in the org editor will tell you what the credits are being spent on.
Q: Have you ever considered adding a DAST tool to this product? Can it scan a website for risks?
Have you ever considered adding a DAST tool to this product? Even if not a full-blown DAST, something that can do some external attack and script testing (even just unauthenticated) against a public-facing site would be awesome. Thanks!

Yes, the penetration test costs 250 credits.
Q: Why do you not answer support tickets?
We have been a customer for years, and now we send multiple support requests, and no one responds.

Q: Difference in pricing and credits?
What happened to the credits? The deal used to be 4500 credits a year; now with T3, it comes out to only 1800 a year.

Jun 10, 2026A: Hi!
You are probably referring to the past AppSumo plus deal that launched 3 years ago. Please note this is a different launch not under AppSumo plus.
