We have used this app for some time and find it very useful. But recently we noticed we aren't getting many breaches with dates in 2024. We know there were plenty of data breaches in 2024 but to see only 2 or 3 for the whole year across all of our multiple domains, business and personal email addresses seems very unlikely.
How can we tell the content you are searching isn't going stale? Or, what am I missing that limits the dates reported.
It is normal for an account with less than 20 entities to have a low number of new breaches in a year, specially if the organizations are small. This is generally good news!.
Please make sure you emailed the correct email. You should have received a ticket number if that is the case.
Originally we tried doing a chat on the website and have the log from it. On 27-2-25 we were asking the question at 9:18am we stopped getting responses. We assumed they would reach out. No response. Went back in yesterday and saw that at 10:30am a response was sent telling us to email support so we emailed support directly yesterday but no ticket number assigned. Just confirmation of email.

I purchased 3 codes and redeemed them for credits, the purchase states I will continue to get credits monthly but it doesn't reflect that in the portal. How will I be receiving my credits monthly?
The system automatically resets your monthly number of credits to the plan you purchased. You can see the day they take effect from the billing section of your account.

That would be extremely unlikely. Credit renewal happens at once for all AppSumo customers +1000 currently.
This is not something we are doing manually. If the process was failing we would have complaints everywhere.
