If a customer has a payment method on file from a previous rental invoice, can we create a one-off invoice (e.g. damage fee) and have it charged automatically, or is Autopay limited to recurring invoices?

A: Currently, Autopay is limited to recurring invoices — it's tied to a billing agreement the customer has already confirmed. One-off invoices require the customer to open and pay manually.
That said, I'd love to hear more about your use case. Please reach out via email so we can follow up — we'd like to explore whether supporting auto-charge for one-off invoices (using a saved card) makes sense...

I am running a Driving School and need to invoice an agency with their client with individual Driving Lesson but invoice in one particular invoice/single invoice. Need something which can generate a single invoice without any duplication. Is it possible to connect to another application for scheduling do you have an API

A: Yes — one invoice, one recipient (the agency), multiple line items (each student's lesson), and you can automate that using our API or no-code tools like n8n or Make. Here's our API docs: https://docs.invoiless.com
So I have a customer who has a subscription and what's to add another user after their current billing date. Instead of billing them twice, I want to be able to charge them for everything on their next billing cycle.

A: Here's a workaround: when a recurring invoice is generated, you can edit that specific invoice to add a line item for the prorated charge — this edit only applies to that invoice and won't affect future recurring ones.
How many bank accounts can you connect ? Do you plan to make Invoiless into an accounting app? Any accessible roadmap?

All transactions recorded from invoices are not appearing in the transaction list. Although the income section reflects the recorded amounts, no transactions are listed, so there is nothing available for export.
