Q: Jamy has downgraded my account to 300min entry level - any suggestions?
error message: "You've used all 300 minutes of transcription provided in your monthly Starter plan. Upgrade to Pro." How can I find your support email? I tried online chat with support (a good feature to have) but was unable to connect.
Jamy support team has upgraded my account back to honor the AppSumo deal I purchased. Plus various updates were added to Jamy. Always good to see a company stand behind their product and deals.
There is no feature to reconnect calendars and the assistant is not joining meetings automatically. This was a basic necessity that we bought Jamy for. What is the timeline for this to be fixed by?

A: Hello. You can add Jamy to your meetings by scheduling them through the Calendar tab or by using the chrome extension.
API and webhooks are working. Can you please share more details about the error you are seeing?
Why can it not join the meetings automatically? And why can I not disconnect and reconnect my calendar? I want to connect a new calendar but it doesnt let me
Q: Why did Jamy disable the auto-join meeting assistant for AppSumo users but keep it for new website users?
Jamy auto join meeting assistant works if we signup as new user from jamy website, but it doesn't work for Appsumo onboarded users. This is about cheating appsumo users by taking away the most basic feature and making it useless for appsumo users.

A: The issue with our vendor is that calendar connection for new users is working, but not for users created before this issue originated. This is the case not just for Appsumo users, but for all users. That is what we are trying to solve.
Jamy is not syncing with any of our Calendar (Google and Team). I saw that a few previous users reported this issue but didn't see anywhere that it was being addressed to fix it. Can I please have a response? Also, the support centre page is broken. https://helpcenter.jamy.ai/

A: Hello. Calendar connection is in fact not working at the moment. We rely on a provider that is currently down. We are working on finding an alternative. In the meantime you can schedule meetings from the Calendar tab or using our Chrome Extension
My Jamy is no longer joining my Teams meetings. It works perfectly for Google Meets. I'm not sure where to go to log this issue.

Go to app.jamy.ai and click on Calendar in the left hand menu. There is a button that says “Schedule Meeting”. Add your meeting details and Jamy will join

I have the same issue. Jamy downgraded my account to the Starter, which is free.

That's right. The 300min entry level is the Starter level.

The other worrysome issue is that Storage Data Retention is only for 30 days for the Starter level. So all the work I've done will be erased.
