NEW UPDATE: LTD users do not get Seedance 2, but subscribers do. They also hid Happy Horse from LTD users. I would not recommend this plan, especially when other AppSumo companies are giving access to Seedance 2 on their ltd. Trust me, look around, there are better companies out there. This company promised new models but then switched up on many ltd users and said oh cost went up we cant do what we said. Other LTDs give access to all the models they claim they can't support.

Seedance 2.0 is much better than Jogg’s lip sync. Jogg ai lipsync isn't just terrible, it's horrible compared to seedance 2.0 and other competitors. What makes it worse is that jogg ai hid some models from ltd. I logged into a subscription account and saw they had models that ltd didn't get. This is why i say don't do it, you will regret because better companies offer more models on their ltd at a better price point also.

They also do not clearly tell users about the hidden weekly limits. On top of that, they still do not offer the newer Kling models like other companies do. Other platforms already have Kling 3.0 Omni, while Jogg is still stuck on Kling 2.6. There is a Discord full of angry LTD users who are upset because the company has not updated LTD users with the newer models, while subscribers seem to get better treatment.

Another update: The CEO of Jogg AI started a second company called Loova AI, which appears to offer some of the same AI models. Meanwhile, Jogg AI LTD users still have not received the updates they were expecting. To me, it feels like they are trying to move on from lifetime users instead of supporting them. I feel baited and switched.

They are not allowing LTD users to use their AI credits on models like Seedance 2.0 and Happy Horse. Instead, they are hiding certain models and selectively deciding which ones LTD users can access.

Now they are also restricting ElevenLabs and penalizing LTD users because of a few alleged abusers. But I do not understand how people can “abuse” something when they are using the credits they paid for. Users have a set allotment, and once the credits run out, they run out. To me, this feels like they overpromised what their infrastructure could actually support.

The AI credit tiers were supposed to apply toward future models, but after the refund period ended, they changed how access works and started picking and choosing what LTD users can use. At that point, what was the purpose of the credit system in the first place?

I really wish I could get a refund. This feels like a bait and switch.

Avoid this company. I do not consider them trustworthy.

I bought this ages ago and didn't realise I hadn't left a review. I have created a few product videos for my courses and subscripton business and put them onto Instagram and they work well to drive sales, my Black Friday promotion video created with jogg.ai last year paid for my Tier 4 twice over by posting it to my Instagram.

I have trained a GPT on my business and use ChatGPT to create short scripts, paste them in and create Avatar Short Videos. Jogg does create scripts and I have used them a couple of times but I prefer to use my own system to cover my course topics. It takes me about 20 minutes to create 7 shorts that are unique, good quality and on brand.

I have only recently started my social media accounts. YouTube is getting hundreds of views of these shorts and a few likes daily, Facebook is in the hundreds of views and people are starting to like and share. I don't use Jogg.ai for long videos so I can't comment on that, but for my use case it's been great. It is free to create unlimited avatar videos to build my YouTube Channel with shorts and it's working.

The LTD’s access and features are constantly changing. They’re not only excluded from updates, but even the outdated features are limited by restrictions you can’t imagine. BTW, the founding team started a similar service in parallel, simply changing the name. It seems like a scam: they get money from a group of users and then change the name to exclude them.

I’m a Tier 5 user, and honestly, I regret this purchase.

Even using the models included in the LTD, the platform feels outdated compared to what’s currently available elsewhere. Output quality is inconsistent, workflows are limited, and the overall experience lacks the level of performance you’d expect at this tier.

Another major issue is how AI credits are handled. In practice, the credits I paid for feel very limited in usefulness, since they can only be used on a restricted set of models. This creates a frustrating experience where you quickly hit the ceiling of what the platform actually lets you do.

The biggest problem is the lack of evolution. While other tools are rapidly improving, Jogg AI feels stagnant and disconnected from user expectations. As a result, it’s hard to rely on it for serious content creation.

As an early adopter, I expected a platform that listens and delivers long-term value. That hasn’t been my experience.

Avoid. This is not a platform I can recommend.

La plataforma estaba bastante bien y tenía muchas funciones interesantes. Pero desde hace 5 días no funcionan las plantillas ni el poder editar los audios de un vídeo creado, y teniendo en cuenta que eso es fundamental para poder corregir imperfecciones, la plataforma queda inservible para su uso. Escribí a soporte y me contestaron al día siguiente que no tenían constancia de los errores y que si les podía enviar un pequeño vídeo de los problema y lo hice incluso en dos ocasiones porque no me han vuelto a contestar... Espero que lo solucionen rápido, porque si dependes de la aplicación para tú trabajo como yo te hacen una buena faena... Y es una pena porque la aplicación en sí está bastante bien, pero claro cuando funciona...
