I bought the Tier 3 deal because I believed I was getting a serious long-term package, not a product that would gradually become more restricted while new features and capabilities were pushed behind additional payments.

I supported JoggAI when it was still growing. Like many AppSumo customers, I was willing to pay upfront because I wanted to support the company and give the product a chance to develop.

Unfortunately, the experience today is very different.

The biggest problem for me is that having credits doesn't necessarily mean you can actually use them freely. You can have credits sitting in your account and still run into weekly generation limits. That makes the whole credit system extremely frustrating.

I bought Tier 3 specifically because I wanted to create videos at scale. Instead, after creating only a relatively small number of videos, I can already hit usage restrictions.

And what worries me even more is the direction of the product.

Whenever something useful or interesting comes along, there seems to be another limitation, another condition, or another opportunity to charge users.

At some point you have to ask: what is the actual value of the lifetime deal?

A lifetime deal should give early supporters confidence that their upfront investment will continue to have meaningful value as the product develops. Of course, companies can introduce premium services and new products. But when the core experience keeps becoming more restricted, early customers naturally start questioning whether the original deal is being respected in spirit.

I don't expect everything new to be free.

I do expect the package I paid for to remain genuinely useful.

That's the part that disappoints me most. I wasn't simply buying a few videos. I was buying into the company early and supporting its growth.

Now it feels like the early customers who helped fund that growth are being pushed toward paying again and again to get the functionality they originally expected to have meaningful access to.

For me, this isn't about wanting everything for free.

It's about trust and keeping the value of the original commitment.

JoggAI has a good concept and clearly has potential, but the current approach to usage limits and additional monetization is making it increasingly difficult for me to justify the Tier 3 purchase.

I really hope the company listens to its early customers before going further down this road.

Because once lifetime-deal customers feel that the goal is simply to extract more money from them, you don't just lose a customer — you lose the trust of the people who supported you from the beginning.

This is extremely disappointing.

I bought JoggAI through AppSumo as a lifetime deal because I wanted to support the company early on. That's the whole idea behind these deals. Customers take a chance on a developing product, put their money in early, and in return receive the benefits that were promised.

Now the product has grown, and it feels like the very customers who supported that growth are the ones getting squeezed.

I have 36 credits remaining, yet JoggAI has told me I've reached a limit of 10 video generations per week. So I have credits that I've paid for, but I'm not actually allowed to use them when I want to.

That's incredibly frustrating.

There is a principle here that I think companies should remember: don't forget the people who helped you get where you are.

Early adopters take the risk. We provide the money, feedback and support while a product is developing. When the company becomes successful, those customers shouldn't suddenly find that the deal they bought has become heavily restricted.

To me, this is very bad karma.

I genuinely wanted to like JoggAI and was looking forward to using it more. Instead, after doing a few short test videos, I've already hit an arbitrary weekly limit despite having 40 credits available.

If a “lifetime deal” can be sold to early supporters and then have significant restrictions introduced afterwards, it seriously undermines the whole point of buying a lifetime deal through AppSumo.

Very disappointed. I hope JoggAI reconsiders how it is treating the customers who supported it in the early days.

Poor lip-syncing and avatar behavior (too obviously artificial). Not enough German voice actors. Maximum video length is too short! I found the videos with audio from a PowerPoint presentation interesting and relatively well-generated automatically (aside from the avatar), but the LTD Tier was unusable due to the video length. There are better options out there. I returned it.

I have been using Jogg.ai for a bit now and I am overall really satisfied with the purchase. The quality of the output is great and the features run smoothly. You definitely get good value for your money with this lifetime deal.

My only real critique is the limit on the motion quota. That restriction slows down the workflow occasionally. I would have loved to see a bit more flexibility there.

If you can look past that or if the quota fits your needs, you are getting a really solid tool. All things considered, it is a worthwhile deal that I am happy to recommend.

Jogg makes it very easy to create AI avatar videos without filming or hard editing. I like that I can turn an idea, product link, photo, or script into a clean video in just a few minutes.

The avatars look natural, the lip-sync is strong, and the whole tool feels made for creators, marketers, and small business owners who need videos fast. 🚀

7. The team has already include Veo3 (BYOK) and also promised to include Seedance through BYOK, which I think is smart. The cost of newer models cannot and should not be borne by founders if we want these tools to survive long term. 🙌

- More local avatars and languages would be nice

Overall, Jogg is a good tool and I am really happy with it. It helps make good videos faster, without needing a camera, actors, or a full editing team.

For anyone who wants simple and professional AI videos, this is a tool worth trying. ⭐
