I’m a Tier 4 LTD holder from last summer. My main use case is longer professional education videos, usually around 10–25 minutes, for students, professionals, and newsletter subscribers.

For much of the past year, JoggAI has been a mixed experience for me. Rendering was sometimes slow, quality was inconsistent, and I had multiple failed renders. That said, my most recent test was meaningfully better: I generated five videos between 9–17 minutes, and the results were publishable to YouTube with no editing for my use case.

The big caveat is that the output depends heavily on the inputs. Strong scripts matter. Avatar and voice pairing matters a lot. Poor avatar/voice alignment breaks the illusion quickly. You may also still notice common AI video issues: odd gestures, eye movement, blinking, mouth shapes, smiling at the wrong emotional moment, or repetitive body movement.

I’m also no longer personally relying on this deal to become the most premium-quality AI video tool on the market. I think AppSumo buyers have largely had that hope adjusted by now. See JoggAI for what it is today, not for what it is clearly unlikely to become as an unlimited LTD product competing with the most expensive premium models. If you need the absolute best output, expect to pay more somewhere, whether through premium subscriptions, credits, add-ons, or other tools.

My view: this is not a magic replacement for a polished studio workflow or the top-tier AI video platforms. But as an LTD, it can still be a worthwhile bet. Buyers are paying up front for a newer platform with the hope that quality, stability, and usefulness improve over time. That can be fair, but only if expectations, credits, add-ons, and plan terms stay clear.

For buyers: test it during the refund period with your real scripts and real use case. Don’t judge it only by demos.

For JoggAI: the product is improving, but communication around LTD limits, credits, add-ons, and newer premium features needs to be extremely clear.

For AppSumo/admins: AppSumo has responsibility here too. Not necessarily to deliver what a vendor promised technically, but to hold vendors accountable and help them reach the potential that made the deal attractive in the first place. AppSumo and JoggAI both benefit from the revenue, so both have a role in protecting buyer trust.

Overall, I’m more encouraged today than I was before. JoggAI still has rough edges, but I can now see real practical value for educational video creation if users are willing to spend time tuning scripts, avatars, and voices.

Congratulations to the team! This platform is excellent. I purchased it two days ago as soon as the promotion went live because I had been waiting for this deal. When I realized the lifetime deal had disappeared, I entered my email, and the platform notified me when it became available again.

I bought Tier 1 because I mainly need short videos, and I honestly think the tool is fantastic. One thing to keep in mind is that, although you get unlimited access to the full voice library, the available voices are currently from Minimax. They do offer very good options, but it would be great if, at some point, ElevenLabs voices could also be included, just like in the plans published on the official website.

In any case, this is an excellent tool. Another important point is that the loading and video generation speed can be a bit slow. In my case, it took around two hours to generate the videos. However, what I do is generate several videos at the same time, wait for them to be ready, and then download them.

If you plan to use it continuously, I recommend creating your videos ahead of time. Overall, this is an excellent platform and I totally recommend it. Take advantage of this opportunity before it disappears.

Ive had this since they were first in app sumo. The lip sync is absolutely trash and looks horrible. The voices are not natural at all either. They spent months and months adding new features which are useless instead of making the lip sync high quality. They also keep nerfing Ltd features with less and less credits. 1 star.

I do not recommend the Jogg AI LTD based on my experience.

My concern is not simply that LTD users do not have access to certain subscription features. The bigger issue is that, when Jogg AI first promoted the LTD, many customers asked whether LTD users would receive the same models as subscribers. The expectation presented at that time was that LTD users would have access to the same models through their AI credit tiers.

That expectation was a major reason I purchased the LTD.

After the refund period ended, the way access worked appeared to change. LTD users no longer seem to receive the same model access as subscribers, and certain models are hidden or unavailable to LTD accounts. For example, LTD users do not currently get Seedance 2.0, while subscribers do. Happy Horse also appears to be unavailable or hidden from LTD users. I logged into a subscription account and saw models that were not available in my LTD account.

This matters because the LTD was sold around AI credits. If LTD users have credits, those credits should reasonably apply toward the models the company led buyers to believe would be included. Instead, it now feels like Jogg AI is selectively deciding which models LTD users can access after purchase.

Jogg AI is now promoting a new deal with “new models,” but many of these models have already been available for about a month. To existing users, this does not feel like a meaningful new update. It feels more like marketing language. From what I can see, the main new thing appears to be the ability to purchase add-on credits, not truly new model access for LTD users.

I am also already seeing comments from users saying that features they previously had were removed after they upgraded. That is concerning because LTD buyers need clarity and consistency. If features can be added, removed, hidden, or restricted after purchase, then it becomes difficult to trust what is actually included in the deal.

The included lip sync quality is also not competitive with Seedance 2.0 or other tools I have used. Seedance 2.0 is much better than Jogg AI’s current lip sync options, but LTD users cannot use their credits on it. Other AppSumo LTD companies are offering access to newer models, including Seedance 2.0, without requiring BYOK.

Now Jogg AI is saying in the comments that they cannot offer Seedance 2.0 because of costs. I understand that AI generation can be expensive, but if the company previously told buyers that LTD users would get the same features or models as subscription users, then changing that after the refund period is a serious issue. In my opinion, the right thing to do would be to offer refunds to users who purchased based on those original expectations.

BYOK is not a real solution for LTD users. BYOK means users must pay separate fees to the API provider for each generation. That defeats the purpose of buying an LTD, because users buy lifetime deals for locked-in recurring AI credits.

There are also hidden or unclear weekly limits. These limits are not clearly explained upfront, and buyers may not realize how restricted the plan is until after purchase. Jogg AI also still does not offer some newer Kling models that other platforms already provide. Other platforms have moved forward with newer Kling options, while Jogg AI LTD users appear to be left behind.

Another concern is that ElevenLabs access is now being restricted for LTD users because of alleged abuse by some users. I do not understand how using paid credits within a set allotment is abuse. If users have a fixed number of credits, once the credits run out, they run out. To me, this feels like the company may have overpromised what its infrastructure could support.

I am also concerned that the CEO of Jogg AI started another company called Loova AI, which appears to offer some of the same AI models. Meanwhile, Jogg AI LTD users still have not received the updates many of us expected. That makes it feel like LTD users are no longer a priority.

Overall, I feel misled. The issue is not just missing individual models. The issue is that the LTD was originally promoted in a way that made buyers believe LTD users would receive the same model access as subscribers, but after the refund window ended, access appears to have changed.

If Jogg AI can no longer provide what was originally represented to buyers because costs increased, then I believe they should offer refunds instead of changing access after the purchase window has closed.

I really wish I could get a refund.

Based on my experience, I do not consider this LTD trustworthy. I recommend that potential buyers carefully compare other AppSumo options before purchasing.

I bought this ages ago and didn't realise I hadn't left a review. I have created a few product videos for my courses and subscripton business and put them onto Instagram and they work well to drive sales, my Black Friday promotion video created with jogg.ai last year paid for my Tier 4 twice over by posting it to my Instagram.

I have trained a GPT on my business and use ChatGPT to create short scripts, paste them in and create Avatar Short Videos. Jogg does create scripts and I have used them a couple of times but I prefer to use my own system to cover my course topics. It takes me about 20 minutes to create 7 shorts that are unique, good quality and on brand.

I have only recently started my social media accounts. YouTube is getting hundreds of views of these shorts and a few likes daily, Facebook is in the hundreds of views and people are starting to like and share. I don't use Jogg.ai for long videos so I can't comment on that, but for my use case it's been great. It is free to create unlimited avatar videos to build my YouTube Channel with shorts and it's working.
