Jogg is a beast!
I purchased Tier 3 aa while ago, then upgraded to Tier 4 - well now Jogg is an absolute monster at making insane AI videos!
To start with it was frustrating, slow and literally painful, but now it just works and the output is awesome!
So far I've not seen any of the bad stuff about limits etc, vids process in under 4 mins and it's well worth the wait.
Glad I bumped up the limits, can't wait to clone my voice and have some fun moohahaha.
Honestly one of the best AS deals to date!

I rarely give out 5-star ratings
I rarely give out 5-star ratings, but Jogg AI truly deserves it. From the moment I purchased it, I could already see its huge potential and the many opportunities it offers for different use cases. It’s an outstanding product that delivers real value.
However, one thing I’ve noticed is that when the company upgrades and introduces new features, some users expect everything to be free. But honestly, how can a company continue developing and improving a product without sustainable revenue? If we truly want innovation and growth, we should also understand that advanced features may come with additional costs.
For me, I don’t see this as a downside—it’s a natural step for any software that aims to keep evolving. Jogg AI is already great as it is, and the upgrades only make it better. I’d even say I’d love to see higher-tier plans beyond the current ones, because this is a product worth investing in.
In short, Jogg AI is not just another tool; it’s an evolving platform with real long-term value. If you’re serious about leveraging AI, this is absolutely worth it.

I feel scammed
I feel scammed. I had purchased Plan 3 and even left a five-star review for this app, until they decided to kick AppSumo users to the curb. What was once unlimited video creation now requires paying credits for each video, breaking the original agreement. As if that wasn’t enough, they also added weekly usage limits and only allow one video to be processed at a time. Considering that creating a single video takes a long time and sometimes even freezes, this means you can only make your next video after many minutes, sometimes half an hour or even hours later.
Since they introduced Avatar X, everything requires payment: creating avatars, creating videos (even though the deal was unlimited). Congratulations on breaking your promises and ripping people off. I even promoted this company, but now they don’t deserve to grow—if you betray the early supporters who believed in you by changing the rules, it shows you have no integrity. Congratulations on scamming us, but in life, everything comes back around.

Once my favorite AppSumo deal—now only frustration
I was genuinely excited at first. The rapid stream of new features made me think this might be the best AppSumo purchase I’d ever made. That early excitement helped me overlook issues that were there from day one: weak lip-sync and a lot of API bugs (API a major reason I bought Tier 4). I stayed patient and, to their credit, a few bugs did get fixed over time.
But the recent changes have flipped the value proposition. The team introduced user limits after the fact, including weekly caps that make it easy to end the month with unused credits you simply lose if you didn’t happen to use the tool every single week. More recently, they’ve added a “one render at a time” restriction. Because each render can take a long time, this single-file queue wastes a huge amount of time.
The cumulative effect is that the product now feels throttled in ways that punish AppSumo customers. I can’t know the intent, but as a user it feels like friction designed to discourage using the credits I paid for. It worked on me: I’ve stopped trying to make this work and switched to a market-leading competitor on a monthly plan just to protect my time.
Bottom line: promising feature set undermined by retroactive limits. If the company wants to win back trust, they should remove the weekly caps and restore reasonable concurrency for renders.
PS: As of a few days ago, a new avatar type was introduced. While I fully accept using credits for avatar creation, the company has now started charging credits per minute of video generation as well—something that was never advertised or part of the original deal.

Bait and switch, BLATANTLY LIED ON PROMISES OF TIER 3 and TIER 4 and took away the movement feature for unlimited avatar that was previously there at no extra charge and now they charge it under avatar x
Jogg AI has misled customers with bait and switch tactics, especially regarding Tier 3 and Tier 4 packages, and by removing essential features that were previously included at no extra cost. Mannerisms like smiling that you could put in your promptm once available for unlimited avatar videos, now require additional AI credits through the Avatar X upgrade. This change undermines the value of the lifetime deal, which originally promised unlimited video credits for regular avatars in Tier 3 and 4. In reality, usage is now restricted and monetized in ways not disclosed at the time of purchase. This is considered misleading advertising and i remember t-mobile did this in the very early 2000's and lost a lawsuit for doing stuff exactly like this. If you show the appsumo listing for jogg ai to a judge on the tier 3 and 4 terms, this would lose bigtime because in the print it says unlimited video credits on tier 3 and 4, but not only that i and other appsumo lifetime users have proof that you could once do smiling in your prompt for the regular avatar at no extra credit. This could easily be a class action lawsuit if someone decides to move forward with it and Jogg AI should remedy this as soon as possible.
Although Google Veo 3 was not promoted for AppSumo customers, there is numerous proof on appsumo of previous users asking if it would be added and the jogg ai staff responded it would and then they flip flopped. Far worse is jogg ai doesn't even allow you to use your lifetime AI credits for google ai. This restriction diminishes the value of the lifetime deal and what is the point of purchasing a specific ai tier for more ai credits if u can't even use your ai credits for the stuff it should be used for like google veo and not switching your avatar plan and rebranding avatar x. SUPER SHADY and they rather take a hit to their trustworthiness over greed. What a shame.
Previous issues, such as morphing problems in regular avatars, remain unresolved while the company’s focus has shifted to monetizing upgrades instead of improving product quality and customer trust.
Jogg AI’s approach displays clear disregard for its original promises and customer satisfaction. Instead of offering new features to enhance the product, existing capabilities have been taken away and repackaged for profit. Charging for features that were initially included is simply a way to monetize what customers already paid for, not a genuine upgrade.
With AI credits heavily restricted—and lifetime credit holders unable to use new integrations like Google Veo customers are left paying for capabilities they believed were secured in their deal. If Jogg AI restores the full features promised to lifetime customers and allows flexible use of AI credits, reviews could be improved. Until then, the product falls short of its promises, betrays early supporters, and fails to honor the spirit of a lifetime deal.
Unless these issues are fixed and original promises honored, customers should remain cautious and demand accountability from the company.
If Jogg AI resolves these issues for AppSumo customers, a review update may be considered. For now, the service remains disappointing and i won't be suprised if a customer or group of customers from appsumo files class action or a regular lawsuit for breach of the appsumo deal and terms.
