Q: One page at a time?

Why am I limited to having only one active page at a time? Is there an option to upgrade and include more?

A: Yes, each PRO account includes a limit of 5 active pages. If you need more, you have two options:
1. Reach out to us at support@joyqr.com – we’re happy to discuss increasing the page limit based on your needs.
2. Redeem an additional AppSumo code to create another PRO account with a separate limit.

Q: Scan limit

Can I set on how mnay times the code can be scanned? This is very important. Once expire it should shw the code has expired or redirect to URL. Thanks

A: At the moment, we don’t offer a built-in QR code expiration feature.

However, since all JoyQR codes are dynamic by default, you can always manually update the target URL at any time — for example, redirecting it to an “expired” page or a different location once you’re ready.

Q: Will this include all future Pro account features?

Curious if this prepaid plan will include and be mapped to the Pro plan?
There are some features that I don't see that probably will be added to the pro plan down the road, just want to make sure that if I prepay for an Appsumo account that it's mapped to future Pro plan features.

Q: Bio Pages for Social Media

Hi,

I have been trying to customize the link for a Bio Page for the last few hours only to find out that once you create one (in this case I created one for testing called FirstName) you can't change the /PageName, but rather need to create a whole new page with the correct name you want to add at the end to /PageName why is this? Why not make it easier to just edit the page name while editing...

You’re right, currently the Bio Page URL (the /PageName) can’t be changed after creation. Originally, we restricted this to avoid confusion from frequent renaming, but based on user feedback like yours, we realize that this limitation causes more friction than we intended. We’re now considering adding the ability to rename the page...
