Unlimited team members is definitely an interesting idea. The main reason we've placed a limit on team members is that truly unlimited access can sometimes be misused and go beyond our fair usage policy, which can create challenges for both us and our users.

From Tier 2 onwards, unlimited forms are included. Does this also mean unlimited custom domains, or are there specific limits? As a web designer managing multiple clients, this would be an important factor for me.
And regarding file storage. What exactly is storage used for, what counts toward the storage limit, and how does this work in real-world usage?

Since Kiwiform is hosted outside of a client's WordPress website, how do you handle email deliverability? Is it possible to improve inbox placement through DNS settings such as SPF, DKIM, or similar authentication methods?
We handle email delivery for both respondents and form creators.
If you prefer to use your own sending domain, you can configure custom SMTP. This lets you send emails through your own provider with support for SPF, DKIM, and other email authentication for better deliverability.
I’m also assuming features like custom branding - which is very important to me as a designer - are included. What about multilingual forms? If I have a client with a multilingual website, would I need to duplicate a form and manually translate each version, or is there a more efficient way to manage multiple languages?
For multilingual forms, we've made it very simple. You can translate any form into another language with one click. Kiwiform also detects the visitor's browser or website language, and if you've already created a translation for that language, the form will automatically load in the correct language.
Do your forms have a dark mode that is customizable? Or is there a way to add custom CSS with prefers-color-scheme to handle both light and dark modes?
Also, how much of an effort have you put into making sure that the forms follow accessibility best practices so that they are usable by everyone, regardless of whether they are navigating with a keyboard or using screen readers?
