When someone orders from my etsy POD store, they can add personalization, which I can then amend in their orders. Like a text box they can write their personalization in.
I also personally have Hello Custom to do the customization that doesn't need any manual input.
Lastly, I sell digital products that can be personalized, that would be in need of a text box, so not just POD.
I was wondering if this is already implemented or not, and if not, if it can be added to the roadmap.
A: Yes, you can definitely collect personalization details from your customers. To do this, just head over to your Checkout Settings under the Settings section. There, you can add additional custom fields and choose the type—like a text box.
You can name the field anything you like, such as Your Custom Design Text or Personalization Details. This will show up during checkout and is perfect for both print-on-demand products and personalized digital items.

Cookie Consent Banner: Yes, you can use a script to display a cookie consent banner via the Customize section in your store. You can input your preferred code (such as Osano or Cookiebot) there to collect user consent for non-essential cookies like analytics and marketing tools.
Custom Code in Header/Footer: Currently, adding custom JavaScript or HTML directly to the header or footer is not supported. However, we’re actively working on a new theme engine that will include this functionality. Stay tuned—it’s coming soon!
Privacy Policy and Legal Imprint: You can absolutely include a custom privacy policy and legal imprint. There are dedicated sections in your store’s settings for adding these important legal pages. If you need guidance, we’d be happy to provide step-by-step instructions.
Geo-targeting: Geo-targeting is currently enabled at checkout. The user’s country is automatically selected based on their location, and we are exploring further geo-targeting features for broader privacy adaptations.
Third-Party Services and Cookies:
We use Google Fonts and Google Analytics on our branded domains.
If you connect your own custom domain, we do not track any user data by default.
Rest assured, we are actively working toward full GDPR compliance across our platform.

is multivendor supported? i mean where i am admin and i can add other store owners and they dont see my store, but have their individual store? what permissions would they have? If not yet there, kindly let me know ETA
A: At the moment, we do not support multivendor functionality—where multiple store owners can manage their own independent stores under a single admin account.
However, you can still add users as staff to a specific store. These staff members will only have access to the store they are assigned to and won’t be able to view or manage other stores or your main admin store.

A: Yes ofcourse u can do that to change language settings move to appreance - customise - from there switch to advanced then u will see language settings in the last option from there u can choose french once saved it will be visible on the front side

is multivendor supported?
