A: Yes, we recently released LaunchMyStore 2.0 it does supports digital goods but videos have to be hosted somewhere else we will handle all the automation cart checkout and automated delivery of your courses
Q: Cannot add same staff account to different stores
Hi, it seems that I cannot do the above for the same staff with the same email to different stores under my plan, why is this so? Error message appears. I can add other emails in staff account.

I attempted to delete 1 of my websites in order to change its name. After doing so, when I signed back in my account no longer shows Tier 2 status and is prompting me to upgrade. I would appreciate your help restoring the correct privileges for the account.

I would like to ask a very specific question. Can the software also be used as a pure showcase solution? I would like to present various items, each of which is unique. So there is always stock 1 or 0 (if no longer available). The articles should not be priced and there should be no sales process. Interested parties should be able to put together a shopping cart and make contact, but nothing...

A: Yes ofcourse u can do it u can add products with 0 stock and on product page it will show out of stock and on landing page u can add contact us component form where user can add their queries and from there it will be available in your launchmystore account
