Q: EU gateways and couriers

What payment gateways and couriers do you use for the European market? I'm specifically interested in Poland.

A: Hi, great question —and good news for Poland specifically.

Payment gateways (Poland/EU):
You connect your own payment provider account (you enter your API keys), so you keep your existing rates and relationship with the provider — we don't sit in the payment flow. For the Polish/EU market, the supported gateways include:

Przelewy24 — the leading Polish gateway (BLIK, 350+ Polish bank transfers, cards)

Mollie — European coverage (BLIK, cards, SEPA, etc.)
Stripe — cards + European methods, full PLN/EUR support
PayPal
Plus manual/offline bank transfer and Cash on Delivery if you want them.
So for a Polish shop, Przelewy24 alongside Stripe/PayPal covers essentially all local buyer preferences.

Couriers / shipping:
We're courier-agnostic — no lock-in to a specific carrier. You configure your own shipping (flat rates, rates by weight or order value, free-shipping thresholds, and shipping zones), then ship with whichever courier you prefer (InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, etc.) and add the tracking number to the order.

And if you need something specific — you're not limited to what's built in:
LaunchMyStore is fully developer-extensible. So for any gateway or courier we don't yet support natively, you have two options:

Build it yourself and upload it — our platform has a full app/extension + function system (shipping rates, checkout, fulfillment, etc.). You can build a custom integration as an app and upload it to your store — and with today's AI app-builders, scaffolding one is genuinely quick.
Tell us and we'll build it first-party — if you'd rather not, just let us know which Polish courier or gateway you need, and we'll build a proper first-party integration into the platform.
Either way, you're covered — nothing about your Polish setup is a dead end. If you tell me your typical order type (digital/service vs. physical parcels) and your preferred courier/gateway, I'll point you at the fastest path.
