A: What if more than 1,000 products need to be uploaded to the catalog? How will that work?
If you need to upload more than 1,000 products, you'll need to upgrade to our Platinum Tier (Tier 3). Please contact us at [email protected], and our team will assist you with the upgrade and onboarding process.
Do you support Indian gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree?
Yes. We support Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, PayU, Instamojo, and most major payment gateways used in India. We have a large number of Indian merchants using LaunchMyStore, so supporting Indian payment providers has been a priority from the beginning.
Do you support Indian logistics providers such as BlueDart, DTDC, Shiprocket, etc.?
Our app ecosystem is highly flexible, allowing developers and partners to build integrations easily. In addition, due to strong demand from Indian merchants, we are currently working on an in-house Shiprocket integration, along with Shipmozo support. These integrations will include live shipping rates at checkout, shipping management directly from the LaunchMyStore dashboard, and automated fulfillment workflows.
Are there any automations built in for retargeting on WhatsApp or email?
We do offer abandoned cart recovery in our Platinum Tier (Tier 3). However, this feature is not included in the current AppSumo plans. Additionally, LaunchMyStore supports webhooks, allowing you to integrate with virtually any third-party WhatsApp, email marketing, CRM, customer engagement, or automation platform to create advanced retargeting and follow-up workflows.
Can the login process be switched to a mobile number validated by OTP?
Not natively. Customer authentication and login are currently handled directly by LaunchMyStore. However, you can use our MCP-powered functions and workflows to customize the checkout experience and implement additional verification logic such as COD verification, order validation, fraud prevention checks, WhatsApp verification flows, and other business-specific automation requirements.
