Hi Kevin LeadFwd looks like a great platform. But I can't decide whether I should get tier 2 or tier 3. Apart from the bigger limits what are the actual advantages of tier 3 over tier 2? I used to be indecisive but now I'm not so sure! 😄 Thank you David Smith
A: Hey there David! Thank you for considering giving us a run! Appreciate it!
So its a pretty big difference with the move from Tier 2 to Tier 3 (depending on your requirements). Tier 3 maps to our Pro plan and that gives you team management, user accounts, SMS (via Twilio) and some additional workflow actions that allow for trigger-based outreach that's instant.
Hi, i got a make-automation that pushes information to an airtable. Would it be able to push data from airtable to leadfwd, create company information there etc. and start a campaign? Similar like i can do with Clay => Smartlead etc.?
A: Hello there! Yes, you can definitely push contacts from airtable to Leadfwd + Sequence using Make. This would be handled using our Inbound Webhook connector. We have a quick article about doing this with Make (it's using HubSpot as the example, but you can swap that platform with airtable): https://help.leadfwd.com/hc/en-us/articles/16780958733715-Sync-Contacts-to-Leadfwd-with-a-Make-Scenario
I’m interested in purchasing your Tier 4 or 5 Agency Edition, but I have a few concerns before proceeding:
The email finder limit seems too low for the Tier 4 plan. The contact management limit of 15,000 is restrictive. As an agency, having the option to obtain phone numbers for individual profiles would be highly beneficial. I’d appreciate your thoughts on these points before I make my decision.
You'll enjoy a 30% discount for the life of your account on additional Email Finder credits, if you find that you exceed the credits provided on a monthly basis.
With Tier 5 you can double the contact limit to 30,000. But we have to have limits and this just happens to be where we landed. It's possible we'll have a discount plan for agencies to...
Kevin, Thank you for your prompt reply. I’m assuming that additional credits for the email finder and contact limits will be added in the near future. Are there any plans to include phone number credits in the agency plan for AppSumo users?
Hello again! Immediately you can add Email Finder, Verification or Voicemail drop credits with a 30% discount. No waiting, it's there now. For additional Contacts, it's something we're open to once we actually have folks hitting those limits. There won't be any credits for phone number if we add that type of data, we will probably use Email Finder credits as the currency but with a different value
I strongly believe you’ll increase the contact limits in the near future. However, 5 email credits for 1 phone number is still quite costly, and I feel the tool is incomplete without direct dial functionality. I would kindly request you to add this feature. I’m very interested in subscribing to your agency plan once the direct dial option is included.
Totally understand and it's definitely not for everyone. We don't have any plans to add a direct dial option. Most of our users that include outbound calling in their playbook will use our Tasks to schedule and manage their call list. If they have a phone number for their contact, the phone number is hyperlinked in our Tasks using tel: to trigger the users default phone app on their workstation.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. I was referring to access to direct phone numbers of leads, not direct dial. I’m looking for that feature as well to have access to the direct phone numbers of leads. Is there an estimated timeline for when you might add this service? Once it's confirmed, I would be glad to proceed with purchasing your agency plan.
Q: How many Voice Messages are in each Tier?
Goodmorning, I am wondering how many Voice Messages we are allowed to leave in each Tier? Couldn't find that information. Additionally, since I have you on the line, can Leadfwd automatically connect with targeted leads and/ or reach out via Linkedin messaging automatically?
Q: Testing with a free account and when importing contacts random tabs kept closing on both edge and Chrome.
Is this a known issue? Also it seems to use a lot of memory causing other tabs to hang. I got 5 Gmail addresses, is that because I chose include risky emails? The concept is great but if I discount the Gmail addresses only 50% hit rate and i could not see any phone numbers. As a workaround can I import contacts from zoominfo for phone numbers and more emails and then enrich the leads with the LinkedIn (LI) profile data for use with AI? Not sure if there is an easy way. The zoominfo access i have is through work so I don't have access to the API. And can you add a Straico API in addition to OpenAI? Planning on getting the top tier of it will work for my use case but only finding 50% of email addresses is disappointing, if you add zoominfo to your waterfall email finder and add support for mobile numbers I'm sold!!
A: That certainly could be the case and it depends quite a bit on your system resources and OS. Extensions can get greedy for resources and it's something we are constantly trying to optimize, especially as Chrome releases new updates. You can disable extracting Emails from LinkedIn Profiles (in Settings) and only accept emails from our Email Finder.

Like 5 email finder credits = 1 phone number. We'll have to see how the final data partnership unfolds. But we are looking at this closely.
