Q: How does the pivot to getsignals affect existing LTD users?
It looks like Leadfwd has launched/transitioned to a new product called getsignals. Could you clarify how this impacts our existing AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD) plans? Will current LTD users retain full access to our existing Leadfwd features, or will our accounts be migrated/upgraded to getsignals under the original deal terms?

Hi, since yesterday my linkedin propesctor extension does not load linkedin profils.
I can open it but when I browse one, It does not appear on the extension.
I have revoked my API key and reconnect it but It still does not work.

A: It's not you or your configuration. It's due to a significant change LI made to their UI in the background that made our data parsing routine obsolete. It started randomly only impacting certain LI accounts and we've been chasing it for months now. We submitted a new package to the Chrome store on April 6th and we're just awaiting final review and publishing. This was a major patch and I expect...
