Learniverse is AMAZING!!

We were actively scoping out the right platform to host our new academy for AI automation and sales funnel engineering. If you run an agency, you know the "industry standard" platforms are usually bloated, require complex custom CSS to look decent, or charge ridiculous monthly fees that eat directly into your margins.

Learniverse changes that entirely. From the moment I spun up the dashboard, it was obvious the team understands what modern growth agencies need. The UI is incredibly snappy, making structuring our seven core courses completely frictionless. Setup is lightning fast without clunky menus, letting you map out modules and upload assets in record time. Furthermore, the front-end student experience looks premium right out of the box. It delivers that high-ticket, polished feel without the need to duct-tape third-party plugins together.

Avoiding the monthly Kajabi or Teachable tax makes this a no-brainer for the tech stack. If you are launching highly technical training, do not sleep on this. Stacking the max tier was the easiest decision I've made all quarter. 5 Tacos all the way! 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

still not working well

I gave Learniverse a chance. Initially, I was very impressed with the excellent AI course creation, but then I encountered major problems with my students being not able to log in. Some never receive an email, not even in their spam folder. Others can't log in despite repeated attempts; they always get an error message. For others, the website is blocked as unsafe and a phishing threat. Even when students do manage to log in, they are later logged out, or their learning progress is often displayed incorrectly and reverts to zero. For months, Learniverse support has been unable to resolve this issue. With a heavy heart, I now have to rebuild all my courses on another platform, as it's unusable for me in this state. It's all very disappointing!

Answer to Zach's lates replay (16. January 2026):

Unfortunately, it's not true that the problem has been resolved. I've written several times that it still exists, and just the day before yesterday I sent screenshots again (warning message about an unsafe website) and the accounts of the students experiencing login problems. For whatever reason, the problems persist. This includes the issue of the last saved session reverting to "0".

Hey there!

I've solved this bug months ago. There is absolutely no issue with the login system for students at the moment.

I also asked you to debug with a specific student if there was any and you did not answer! The team and I have personally tested the system with at least 8 different email inboxes and all work without a problem. I've also checked your learners and most of them have logged...

There is no multilingualism

Learniverse has a solid concept, but its lack of true multi‑language support is a major limitation. It still feels like an English‑centric tool, which significantly reduces its usefulness and long‑term value for creators who need to serve audiences in different languages.

Hi Kevin,

We have strong multi-language support we support over 15 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Vietnamese, Russian, Polish, Thai, Dutch, Swedish, Korean, Chinese, Hebrew) And 1 more incoming this week (Traditional chinese).

You can both deploy your entire training portal in your desired language as well as create full training and courses in the language with...

Basically brilliant but unfortunately too many bugs

I have now spent the entire day creating a course. Fundamentally, the function is great – really, the interface, the creation, and operation of the courses, etc. – and would massively simplify the work of creating courses.
Unfortunately, there are so many bugs that you spend ages on fine-tuning, only to end up deleting the entire course again because you figure out that fine-tuning is not possible.

Missing, essential functions:
- There is no text editor, only a cursor. So you can only insert unformatted text, which makes changing content almost impossible.
- The AI chat is useless because it only has a read-only mode and cannot change the course content. It doesn’t even provide formatted text that you might at least be able to insert. Normally, you should be able to adjust the content via the chat.
- Unfortunately, when creating courses, you can specify the number of nodes, but not the number of modules.

Bugs:
- Content repeats extremely often during creation, which means you have to delete up to 50% of the content. If you delete a node, the course might crash and then becomes unusable. I have created a total of 5 courses; I had to delete four of them due to too many repeated contents – hours of work wasted. And of course I lost many AI credits with this.
- Sources are only indicated by numbers but are not linked.
- After working for a longer time in course editing, the app crashes; this has happened to me at least 20 times.
- Course content is often displayed in the wrong order in the public academy.

Other:
- It’s a shame that the frontend cannot be white-labeled, but then at least the community feature should be included in the highest tier. You also can’t hide it.

If I see that errors are fixed, I’ll gladly update my review, but until then, unfortunately, I cannot give more tacos.

###

I'm updating from 3 to 4 stars:
- Zach's support is great
- A few errors have already been fixed or are currently being worked on
- I'll keep an eye on other issues I noticed, but I'm confident Zach will help here as well.
Depending on my experience over the next few days, there will be another update.

Hi Hajo,

Appreciate your review, even if those lower reviews hurt a bit, they are really helpful to improve Learniverse.

I wanted to share that multiple elements you mentioned are already in Learniverse:

1- We integrated a fully featured notion style markdown editor for written content, so you can use headings, bullet points, embed videos, images etc. inside. Click on add learning section and...

Hmmm? Maybe?

Being responsive and open to new ideas puts communication at a 10/10.

What I don't like is that I can't seem to find a good fit.

User constraints feel weird as I don't need (Tier 4) 3000 users across 10 learning groups. Maybe it would be better to have max users across all learning groups instead of each? Improving user organization by location, store, position, or other identifiable criteria would be beneficial. It would also be nice to organize that data by completion rate by store/position, or export it so that it could be done elsewhere. While label would be nice and seems to be coming with tier 4 later on. I also need a way to link our videos outside of YouTube and have been playing around with Dadan.

As previously noted you will also note that there is only one admin with this account. Should you buy Tier 4 you best be ready to be a full-time admin for the 300 x 10 accounts you could potentially manage.

I would love to have 3-5 learning groups for staff, supervisors, and managers (Tier3/Tier4) with 10 modules per group (not offered except in subscription) and access to the community features (not offered except in subscription). 50-100 AI credits per month are sufficient to simplify setup, or you can use 300 one-time credits for migration and then pay as you go.

I have hopes for this project, but I'm not sure it's going to meet my needs; signing up for a subscription that is almost the cost of the Tier 4 deal means I now compare you to what's out there, and the value feels lacking due to it's ongoing development.

+1 Taco as some of the above mentions have been implemented.

Hi Cory,

I appreciate the kind words for my responsiveness. It was a pleasure to discuss ideas with you.

Also appreciate the feedback here. We are actively working on simplifying the academies, also allowing organization by branch, location, etc.

Full white label is already available and live in Learniverse! You can setup your custom domain to your academies and even remove all mentions of...
