I want to know - who are the AI Companies that are being used to process my data? Can I choose to opt out of any specific AI company - for example - OpenAI?
Your privacy policy does not disclose who you are sending our data to.
Also - is any of my data used to train the AI model? Thanks!

Letterly uses trusted third-party AI providers to process recordings and text. At the moment, we use ElevenLabs for transcription and OpenAI for rewriting.
We continuously work on improving the quality of Letterly, so the exact providers we use may change over time depending on the task and the quality of the results.
At the moment, we don’t offer the option to choose or exclude a specific AI provider, such as OpenAI, while still using the related AI features. These providers are part of how Letterly is able to transcribe, rewrite, and summarize your content. 🙏
Your data is not used to train AI models. Your recordings, transcripts, and rewritten texts are processed only to provide the Letterly service to you.
