Q: Where can I find the $199 unlimited-device plan mentioned in the AppSumo discussions?

m evaluating Letterly as a long-term voice knowledge repository and noticed comments mentioning a direct unlimited-device plan for around $199, but I can't find it on your website.

Could you please clarify:

• Is this plan still available?
• Is it a lifetime purchase or a subscription?
• Does it allow unlimited personal devices under a single account?
• How does it differ from the AppSumo tiers?

I use 2 desktops, Android phone and Android tablets, so multi-device usage is very important.

I also saw a review mentioning microphone issues in the desktop/web version. Is the desktop experience fully supported and reliable today?

Finally, can notes, transcripts and audio recordings be exported in bulk if needed?

Thank you!

A: Hi! Thank you for reaching out!

To avoid any misunderstanding, since this page is dedicated to our AppSumo offer, we cannot promote or sell direct/private plans here. At the moment, plan is not available. I hope you understand 💜🙏

For your use case, Tier 3 should be the best fit. It gives you access on 4 devices, which should cover 2 desktops, your Android phone, and one tablet.

You can also test everything safely, since AppSumo has a 60-day money-back guarantee. So you have enough time to check whether Letterly works well for your setup and workflow. We hope it will!

Regarding the desktop and web experience, we have not seen any systematic issues with microphone recording there. Everything should work normally.
In some cases, microphone problems can be related to browser, system, or device permissions, so it is important to make sure microphone access is enabled correctly. If anything does not work as expected, we are always happy to help troubleshoot it :)

As for exports: yes, notes and text transcripts can be exported. Bulk export is available for text, while audio recordings currently need to be exported one by one. We understand this difference and hope to improve it in the future.

Thank you again, and we’d be happy to have you with us! :)
