Yes to both. I've sent almost 10 tickets but no response. I'm grateful to see this response. On slack I've posted in both "bug report" and "ask for help", I will now send a direct dm with hopes of resolution.
100%.... This screams intent... I didn't buy the deal through Appsumo... I missed out on this one. There's a pattern that I've noticed with all the offers, not just with Lindo.ai. It does limit my future purchasing decisions, but I won't be getting ripped off anymore!

Q: Terrible ethics, why turn on the community?
Many of us spent $$$s to support your project by buying the top plan.
But only a few months later there is a new plan for $$$ a month, ironically from features put forward by the community.
Very shady practice.
Will you rethink and add the features to what was the top plan only a short while ago?
You are at risk of losing the community, but now you have the money maybe it doesn't matter to you.
