Q: Subject: Clarification Requested on AppSumo Lifetime Plan and “Unlimited Advanced AI” Access
I purchased the AppSumo lifetime plan for Logically AI. My understanding is that this plan includes Unlimited Advanced AI, but when I try to use it, I am prompted to pay for an upgrade.
Please confirm whether Unlimited Advanced AI is included in my AppSumo entitlement. If it is, please restore access. If it is not, please identify the specific term or exclusion that explains why this feature is...
Q: The deal was UNLIMITED use for standard models... Yet, Why was it still limited?
I dunno who to vent out my anger on as I felt like I got scammed and cheated... Like... Why did you offer "Unlimited" usages for standard models for Tier 1 if you can't honour that promise? Beside coming to this page to vent out, I don't know what else to do because it's too late to ask for a refund now!
Q: I only just now reviewed the email dated April 6th.
If certain users engage in automated or abnormal usage that violates the fair use policy, only those individuals should be restricted. Who exactly is using it in such a manner, and to what extent? I regard this as merely an excuse and find it entirely unconvincing. Logically, the policy can be determined at their discretion. This lacks any foundation of legitimacy. Logically’s emails, which always...
Q: Non-sense, restricting Standard AI models usage. Is this a joke ?
Can you please explain why you are limiting and restricting the usage of Standard AI models? We know that the advanced ones have operating costs for you, but restricting the standard ones is just merely disrespectful towards early supporters, and also because these are way cheaper.
I understand that the inference model was inaccessible at the time of purchase. However, it is deeply regrettable that the newly implemented policy restricts even the conditions originally stipulated in the service agreement. Long-standing LTD users who purchased the service previously receive no special benefits and instead appear to be deliberately excluded. The limited credits currently granted seem no different from those provided to free LLM users. Can such a situation be considered reasonable?
