Original Afforai was a decent product until rebrand and swapping of credit system for "unlimited use". Useful features like API and website chatbots were removed without a deadline so now Logically is similar to a free version of ChatGPT or Claude. Rate limits were gradually cut while they keep advertising it as "Unlimited" up until now.
After most recent update, I get upgrade popup after 3 (three!) messages - less than 2 cents of token usage. Most free tools give you more than that. This is what they published in April:
Tier 1: 30 AI credits/day, access to Standard AI models only.
Tier 2: 40 AI credits/day, access to Standard + Advanced AI models
Tier 3: 50 AI credits/day, access to Standard + Advanced AI models
What's the point of even having "Advanced" models if they don't give enough usage for one conversation?
I'd be less frustrated if they just shut down instead of trying to extract more money for unclear value. I don't think Logically is going to be around much longer.

I feel cheated
I have been using this platform since 2024 with a LIFETIME membership. Now suddenly, I can only ask a few questions in a certain period, or I need to pay to upgrade. According to the messages, I am basically on a "FREE" account. I sent an email 2 weeks ago asking for clarification, but no one has responded. They also removed the help feature from the site. So yeah, I feel cheated. This was not lifetime, this was a scam to get a good customer base.

It is not even usable any more, after a 4 or 5 queries it says I have to pay more to use it, also after purchasing from appsumo, about 6 months later they offered to add more licenses directly. I paid for two more then 6 or 7 months later they disappeared. support dances around the question but continues to reach out to push me to pay for add-ons

Major Scam!
Logically now feels more limited than just using a free account with Anthropic, Google or Open AI. This is utter betrayal of sumolings as they have restricted to 2-5 queries per day, which is ridiculous. It seems they ran out of App Sumo money, with no recurring subscribers and now trying to push their LTD base to spend more money on subscription and add-ons. Everything about this business was handled lousy and this is their downfall. It screams of scam. That lavish retreat that the founder used the money for did not pay off it seems to get his head in the right state. App Sumo needs to set this straight.

Limited to 4 Queries Per Day It Seems
This is absolute madness, and I feel I have been duped. I can ask about 4 questions, and I'm done, and hit with a pop-up asking for money to continue. This used to be my most used tool, and I raved to many about how amazing it was. What a horrible way to treat your early investors. I have attempted to reach out to support with ZERO response. I wish I could get my money back!!!!
