Another disappointment. Breaking deals and upselling when it finally became a useful product.
This program still works but they are leaving early investors behind. If you read other reviews they are saying it is no longer good, but it is still good, it is just going to drop as AI progresses. So, it is still usable, but just a huge letdown.
I've purchased many products on AppSumo and find myself disappointed again. I understand that businesses fail and that buying lifetime deals comes with risks...... but the unethical behavior of many companies is becoming increasingly obvious.
A lot of these purchases are failing. I can't log into one product, another stopped working for eight months, and one company announced its shutdown while still on AppSumo...I notified them...and they were still on there for a month. I have some that were barely usable (with lots of promises)...and never got better. Probably around 25% have failed in some capacity, either outright closing down, or by never improving, or not being able to log in, or changing the deal AFTER you invested in it.
While risk is part of the process, the prices are getting unreasonable, and the first tier is often subpar, pushing buyers toward higher tiers. The risk keeps increasing, and many of these companies aren't great from the start. We buy them hoping they'll improve, but by the time they do, they either raise prices or reduce the agreed-upon features, making them less valuable.
I'm losing faith in this system after investing so much money. Many of these tools I bought for future use, become useless or disappear, by the time I need to use them. These companies are disappointing, and Logically is a scam.
Again, I know we get LTD and that comes with risk. Some businesses fail. Some do not improve. Some scam us....but the products now are so much more expensive, the tiers are DESIGNED to be useless on Tier 1 to force you into Tier 2 or Tier 3.
So, Appsumo is increasingly becoming more expensive. Therefore the risk is rising. And as more and more of these companies break their promises, it is becoming less like a good deal and more like throwing your money away.

Disappointing rebrand, broken LTD expectations, and loss of trust
I purchased Logically as a lifetime deal, expecting long‑term access to the product I evaluated and paid for. After the company rebranded and shifted direction, the product no longer aligned with the original features, positioning, or value that justified the LTD.
The rebrand introduced confusion around access, limits, and use cases, and it felt like the original deal was quietly diluted rather than honored. While product evolution is normal, this went beyond reasonable changes and undermined the purpose of a lifetime deal.
What’s even more disappointing is that AppSumo continues to allow these kinds of practices. Founders rebrand, change plans, or pivot entirely, and LTD customers are left with something materially different from what they paid for. Logically is one of several examples that caused me to lose trust in the AppSumo marketplace itself.
Because of experiences like this, I’ve stopped buying lifetime deals on AppSumo altogether. I would not recommend this deal to anyone expecting long‑term stability, transparency, or strong protection for LTD customers.

Am I logically being scramed?
As an Afforai Tier 2 purchaser, I’ve recently noticed that many features from the original lifetime deal have been unfairly taken away.
I've invested in this app only for future updates. I was waiting for improvements, but now they removed several features from the original deal.
Can they actually do this legally?
In this situation, it is only right for AppSumo to issue refunds to all users who request them, as the terms of the deal have been altered.
Thank You!!

moving goal posts
I found my storage had just suddenly been halved without warning or any answer back from support to questions about why.
They are thus violating the terms of the Tier allocations given at purchase.
What's an LTD if the goal posts move around at a suppliers whim? Doesn't say much about that supplier.

Disappointed Lifetime Buyer
Normally, as a lifetime buyer (Tier 2) who supported and trusted this project from the beginning, we should be treated respectfully by the company and given what we originally agreed to. However, we (all LTD holders) have been surprised by new rules forcing us to buy more.
First, the storage was reduced from 60GB to 30GB. Second, they didn't give us access to the reasoning mode in the AI choices (if you want to use it, you have to pay more). In addition to that, they banned me from sharing in the Reddit group because I expressed my opinion and shared the truth.
Very disappointing.
Normally, AppSumo should refund us BECAUSE WE WERE LITERALLY SCAMMED.
