By this, I mean a talking head of myself that has an LLM at the backend, capable of understanding questions, answer basic questions, perform a RAG on my content if required and interacting freely with the audience.
At the moment, our platform does not allow you to clone your image directly.
However, it does allow you to essentially "clone" your knowledge, your way of responding, and much more. You can use our platform to create interactions based on your expertise, but cloning your actual image (a talking head) is not possible just yet. 😁
No, the video popups only appear when the site is opened. However, you can add triggers, for example, through Google Tag Manager, to conditionally display them. We don't offer event-based triggers such as exit intent.
We've focused more on the chatbot rather than the popup. 🙂

Let me try to explain the differences between the three plans in a different way than what's shown in the product sheet table.
I'll try to be concise and clear.
👉 With the Tier 1 plan, you can create 1 text chatbot, 1 videobot, and 1 AI chatbot with a knowledge base. This AI chatbot allows up to 4 files of 20MB each. You also get 250 AI conversations included per month.
👉 With the Tier 2 plan, in general, you get more conversations (250 to 750), it's whitelabel, and you have more creation possibilities.
👉 The switch to Tier 3 represents a real change. You get twice as many conversations (the 1500 limit is very large), you can add as many videos as you like per videobot, you can create more AI chatbots with knowledge bases, and each chatbot can store up to 20 files of 100MB (again, a very large limit). Plus, you unlock all the blocks in the Scenario Builder and access all personalization features.
If you're an agency, I would recommend Tier 3 without hesitation ✅. It offers more flexibility, and the Scenario Builder opens up all possibilities. If you just need a simple chatbot, and the personalization features aren't very important to you, then Tier 2 would be a great option.

For Tier 2, what do you mean by "more creation possibilities"? That's so vague and can be interpreted as little value compared to T1. T3 seems to be the only reasonable package, and for all the hopes of using the advertised features, refunding this deal is plausible. Very little is in it for T2. Can you provide a more accurate comparison? Clearly the Plan and Features table is economical.
When I refer to "creation," I'm talking about the number of chatbots you can create. With T2, you can create more chatbots than with the T1. T2 includes more conversations compared to T1. With T2, no "Powered by" will appear. The T2 plan is interesting for some, but it simply does not match your needs. The T3 plan unlocks all other blocks, provides more conversations, and allows for more creation.
Q: Tier 3 and upgrades
If we hit the max number of bots sold to clients on Tier 3 is there an option to purchase additional bots in increments of 10, 20, 25 etc? If not what are the options? Could we purchase another Tier 3 before the deal is over and merge them into one account? Thanks in advance for your help.

However, it is not possible to add more bots to this plan, as it is already designed to provide substantial capacity. If you require a larger volume of AI chatbots, you will most likely be limited by the number of AI conversations. In this case, it would be better to work with your own API keys. By doing so, you will have unlimited chatbot creation, and the Enterprise plan was specifically created for this purpose.
As the deal ends in a few days, unfortunately, no additional tiers will be added. The Enterprise plan is one of the most widely used solutions in our product, and the first three tiers are intended to introduce our product to the widest audience, offering a very competitive price, and most importantly, LTD 🤩.
