Q: would it be possible to add a loop function ?

maybe if user mouses over video then options can appear such as loop video ?

so video will loop until unchecked or button pressed to go to another video.

also say I have a list of 10 videos to the side of the bot

would it be possible to have this list as links that would start the corresponding

video in the bot ? so bot would have a welcome message and then user clicks on link in the list that will play video 1 or 5 or whatever link was pressed

or do the links have to be ALWAYS inside the video bot ?

and the louisebot branding, you mention we can toggle it off globally, but can we switch it on for individual bots if we want ?

To activate some additional features, such as "Keep the choice button displayed during the whole video", you would need to upgrade to the Tier 3 plan. Q: Can you add both audio and text for the AI chatbots?

So I am not sure if this is only for the human clone or if its the same for the other AI chatbots but is it possible to still show the text in the conversation if we toggle the voice feature for dialogue? This would greatly help with the interactions with people and the human clone, specially if want to save some notes based on the discussion they have with the bot. Second, I didn't see the toggle button option to the send random conversations for quality control purposes. Can that feature be enabled there as well? Lastly, is there a way to capture any leads information if we ask to provide emails and so forth? Thanks and excited to keep seeing this platform grow!

Q: Demo on Potential Client Website?

Hello, I was wondering if its possible to have an option to where we can demo the bot as an overlay in someone's website? I've seen other similar products where you can either (not sure if its the right term or not) overlay on the website or if the website prevents that it can create like a screenshot of the main page and have the bot there. This would be super helpful for doing demo with clients on their own websites and give them a preview of how it will look if they decide to get a bot from us. Thanks

The only differences between the Tier 2 and Tier 3 plans are in the limits (usage and upload), but all the features of the Tier 3 plan are also in the Tier 2 plan 🙂.
