Can the system help customers with product suggestions? Giving the user a direct link to a product suggestion?
It would be great if the product could be seen in the chat in a product layout style like you would see in a store. Can the chat display images which are clickable? so I could create promo banners in the conversation to direct people to products
To answer your first question: yes, the chatbot can provide links. However, the SiteScan chatbot is primarily designed to offer product advice and guidance, rather than directly sharing clickable product links.
If your goal is to share specific product links more effectively, we recommend using a chatbot with a knowledge base. When your files are properly structured and focused on sharing product-related links, the chatbot can then surface relevant suggestions that include those links.
As for your second question — whether the chatbot can display clickable images or product-style visuals within the conversation — this is a great idea, and you're not the only one who's thought of it! Another user actually suggested this feature just last week, and it's already been added to our roadmap.
While this functionality isn’t available yet, there’s a good chance it will be released in the near future. For now, the AI chatbot cannot display clickable images or banner-style visuals in the conversation.
I hope this answers your questions! Let me know if you need more details ✨ .
Wow, I have to say, I don't think I have ever come across a product owner who responds so thoroughly. Great work and that gives confidence to me that you are a great and innovative product listening to its userbase!! Okay so I am in!!
Thank you — your message truly means a lot! 😊 We’re just as excited to have you on board too. Messages like yours are exactly what keep our tech team motivated to keep building great things.

Q: Software Clarification Questions
Hello Support Team,
1.) Great product! Do you have templates or boys that can be leveraged if we don't want to record videos ourselves? If so, can you provide a training video link or instructions on how this process works?
2.) Can prerecorded videos be used to provide customers information on your platform?
3.) Is there an option to upload a script that can be used with your software to create videos?
4.)Can other software be integrated into your software to create customize videos?
Thank you so much for your kind support and for your questions!
Here are some answers to clarify everything:
👉 About ready-made VideoBots: At the moment, we don’t offer pre-built templates or ready-made bots. However, in the near future, we plan to introduce two great features that will help users who don’t want to record videos themselves: - Audio generation from written text - Image generation from simple instructions
This means that if you don’t want to appear on camera, you’ll be able to generate images (or upload your own), add audio to them, and easily create VideoBots without recording anything yourself. To be fully transparent, these features will not be available within the next two months. Our development team is currently managing a very high volume of feature requests and improvements, and we want to make sure we deliver them properly.
👉 Training resources: You’re very welcome to schedule a call with someone from our team directly from your user interface by sending us a message; we’ll be happy to guide you! In the meantime, here’s a quick video tutorial that walks you through how to create a VideoBot: 💡 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPl-2-sgsN0
👉 Using prerecorded videos: Yes, absolutely; this is exactly how the platform currently works. You simply upload your prerecorded videos, and you’re ready to go!
👉 Video generation from scripts & third-party integrations: Both of these are major features we fully intend to develop. While we’re excited about them and they are part of our long-term roadmap, we prefer to be honest and let you know that we can’t promise a timeline yet. That said, this is definitely the direction we’re headed; no doubt about it.
Thanks again for your interest in LouiseBot. Let us know if you have any other questions; we’re here to help ! ✨
Hmmm, undecided. I like what I see but I think the integrations part is better on FacePop?
I could be wrong but I really have no clue what your restrictions mean. All I see in Facepop is a lot of UMLIMITED
So even taking your Tier3 is capped at what appears to be low volumes.
I also am totally confused what the 100Mb bit is and how that works.
Is there an explanatory guide of what your model and its limits mean?
Let me give you an example confusion.
Max Videos per bot - Unlimited but then you say Pop-up video chatbots (live) - 50
What are AI-based assistants (live) - 10 ???
Knowledge files - 20 of 100 MB per assistant - does this relate to the AI based assistants? This is super confusing what it means. And if it is what I think it is, e.g. space used for documents uploaded for the AI to learn from - these seem low
You're right, FacePop is indeed an alternative to LouiseBot’s VideoBots. That said, LouiseBot also lets you work with variables, send custom messages, and take advantage of some other advanced features. The core comparison between LouiseBot and FacePop makes sense when it comes to VideoBots, and there are alternative products that focus specifically on this feature of LouiseBot.
However, LouiseBot is more than just a video chatbot tool, it’s a multibot platform. That means you can build not only interactive and flexible VideoBots, but also scenario-based chatbots, and AI-powered chatbots, with or without your own knowledge base.
Let me go over your other questions one by one:
👉 Up to 50 VideoBots with your Tier 3 plan Each VideoBot can contain an unlimited number of videos. The way it works is that a VideoBot is a sequence of videos, with interactive buttons in between. So you can add as many videos as you need to build the user experience you want.
👉 The "20 files of 100 MB per assistant" limit This means that each AI chatbot with a knowledge base can include up to 20 files, and each file can be up to 100 MB. That’s actually quite generous, for example, a 100MB PDF is already a large document, and you can upload 20 of those per AI chatbot.
👉 With your Tier 3 plan: - You can create up to 5 AI chatbots WITH a knowledge base - Up to 10 AI-ready chatbots (without a knowledge base) - You can have up to 10 AI chatbots active at the same time
📌 Just to clarify: In LouiseBot, an "AI chatbot" can be: - An AI chatbot Ready to use (no knowledge base) - An AI chatbot with knowledge - A SiteScan chatbot
And when we talk about "live", we’re referring to the number of AI chatbots you can activate simultaneously in your LouiseBot Interface.
I hope this answers your questions, but if you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us ✨.
Thanks for that insight & response :) Okay so why would someone have more than one chatbot of any given type? does this mean that they cannot be comprehensive enough rolled into one of each type?
When we say with a knowledgebase - do we mean try to keep them topic specific and so relevant e.g. for business types?
Does a non KB one just use chat gpt and uses my own acc?
P.S. I have one business but with two brands on separate URL's - do I need two accounts or can I insert widgets onto each of the sites within the allowance?
Integrations - can I integrate with 3rd party CRM e.g. Fluent CRM? Fluent Booking & FLuent Forms? I need a solution to compliment the things I already do and I worry about fragmenting the data and customer information.
Many LouiseBot users are agencies, which is why they often use multiple chatbot types — even on the same site (e.g. one for support, one for lead capture, one for product guidance).
For knowledge base bots: you can either specialize them by topic or create a broader, more general one. It’s fully flexible.
Chatbots without a knowledge base are faster to set up, answer, high available and use general AI models (like ChatGPT, Anthropic, Gemini, our own Models, etc.), based on your queries.
You only need one account, and you can use your bots across multiple domains. If you're scaling with more bots and larger knowledge bases, Tier 3 is best. For two domains and one KB chatbot, Tier 2 is enough.
Regarding FluentCRM and FluentBooking, you can integrate Scenario-based chatbots with external tools using HTTP requests and webhooks. However, AI-powered chatbots do not support this kind of integration (yet).
