Hi! I’ve purchased the AppSumo LTD, but when I started using the platform, I encountered some issues that prevent me from using it properly. I’ve already opened two tickets but haven’t received any response yet.
Icons in categories are not working: neither choosing an icon nor uploading one works.
Success boxes are not functioning in articles: when you insert a success box (or any other type of box), it’s not possible to delete it or continue writing below it.

Thanks for your patience regarding your tickets. We're currently swamped with todos and tickets. I have answered your tickets by now.
As mentioned in one of them, our (third-party) editor will soon be replaced by a custom one, hopefully removing the friction to get content written and saved.

Hi, I can see that there are no new updates since Feb,2025. Is this still being updated? Can I know what is your next 3-months roadmap?

A: Hi there,
Throughout the year, we released about 10 maintenance updates and some minor tweaks for the themes. We simply haven't updated our changelog, because no new features were added. Our next, bigger update is planned for later this year, with a new editor, version history, archive and more.
Migration from other tools. Have you considered this❓
A lot of people use Notion now, for example, but I understand there are other, more specialized tools. 🤔 But even to start with, importing from an Excel sheet could be useful.

A: It's planned, yes – no ETA yet though. There are quite a few more important things to finally release with eniston.
Just to support Jack S., I also think an import function (csv, excel) would be most important, as it would reduce the friction to change from another tool.
