A: Hi there,
1 and 2) Since this was never much of a requested feature, we haven't added compatibility yet. But I added it to our backlog and we'll explore options soon. 3) Yes. 4) You can write in markdown, but it will be formatted to HTML right away.
Thank you for the quick response. I have purchased it. I got the HTML working, but I couldn't write in markdown and it didn't get formatted into HTML. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if it's the system. Thank you.
1. "Ask AI" Button Visibility (Docs Mode) Currently, the "Ask AI" button (top right) is visible to everyone. It would be less confusing to hide it for non-subscribers. Showing an unusable premium feature adds unnecessary clutter for free users.
2. Search Icon Alignment (Default Mode) On the landing page, the magnifying glass icon in the main search...

A: Hi there,
The "Ask AI" button showing for non-subscribed workspaces was an oversight on our part and not on purpose. We have fixed it yesterday, thanks for reporting.
As for the icon, that's what I see and it's aligned centered to the text: https://cloud.ivymayhem.io/zGsfps1b. Do you see something else?
I'm thankful for these points and suggestions, but again, please don't use the AppSumo...
Q: Custom Dark Mode Color Not Applying to "Documentation" Theme
I added a custom style to change the dark mode header background color to #0A0A0A. However, this change only takes effect when using the Default theme.
When I switch to the Documentation theme, the custom style is ignored, and the header background remains stuck on the default #1D1916.
Could you please fix this so that custom styles apply correctly to the Documentation theme as well? Thank you!

A: Hi again,
The AppSumo "Questions" section is not meant for these kinds of things and we do not offer this kind of support here in the comments section. You already created 2 "questions" (and email, plus ticket) because you don't like the gray tone we use for our themes. This is a highly personal preference and note a bug or anything that needs an immediate "fix".
Q: Eniston’s Dark Mode Color Palette (#1D1916) is Really Bad
Currently, the Dark Mode color palette of Eniston is set to #1D1916 by default and cannot be changed. Please make it more flexible so we can adjust the color palette to our preference, or at least change the code from #1D1916 to #0A0A0A.

A: Hi there,
It's both fascinating and annoying that you "ask a question" via AppSumo, write a direct email and also create a support ticket because you don't like the gray tone. There's a dedicated field where you can simply add your own styles, try that.
I have tried multiple times to change the Header background color in dark mode to #0A0A0A but not everything is affected, the header, search box, and popular article box still use the default color #1D1916. Therefore, I am contacting you through all channels to get this noticed.
and when I changed the theme to documentation, I noticed that I had changed the Header background color in dark mode to #0A0A0A, but the color did not change at all and still used the default color, which is #1D1916. Remember, the color only changes in the default theme, not in the documentation theme.
Q: Can we let visitors or customers submit articles?
Can we allow visitors or customers to submit articles? or maybe allow to post questions? and we provide the answer and publish it as articles.

A: Hi there,
That's currently not supported, no. Articles can only be created and managed by people having access to the backend. We will release an option to enable "Comments" for articles, but that's likely not what you really want/need.
Hi, on the product listing it shows "Users - Unlimited" - what does "users" means? is that internal users? can the internal users post article? and how would I manage the internal users?
Hi there, yes. "Users" refers to people being able to manage categories and articles. As an admin and super-admin you can invite members to your team and assign them roles.
Thanks Andreas. So just to follow up - can we assign general users the ability to post article questions and also provide the answers in a "pending" status, which after we (the admin) reviewed and approve it to be visible to the public?
Or, is it automatically become public visible once the article is published by the users?
I'm not sure I fully understand what you're asking. eniston is not something like Wikipedia, where people can suggest changes. There are no "general users". If you invite people to your team in a workspace, they can make changes and publish articles. We currently offer a handful of roles: https://help.eniston.io/settings/team

Q: UI/UX Improvement Suggestions: "Ask AI" Visibility & Search Bar Alignment
Hi Team,
I have two quick UI/UX suggestions:
1. "Ask AI" Button Visibility (Docs Mode)
Currently, the "Ask AI" button (top right) is visible to everyone. It would be less confusing to hide it for non-subscribers. Showing an unusable premium feature adds unnecessary clutter for free users.
2. Search Icon Alignment (Default Mode)
