When you said users are you just referring to individuals that will perform administrative functions within the platform which are capped at 50? The reason I ask I'm trying to figure out, how many clients can this platform handle? Additionally is there a separate user base for vendors, and contractors or employees? Please let me know if I need to clarify this question a bit.
A: Yes correct, in FlowyTeam, “users” are defined as individuals with login access to the platform, including administrators, managers, employees, and contractors. The 50-user cap refers specifically to these active, licensed users who can interact daily with features like OKRs, tasks, or dashboards. However, you can manage an unlimited number of clients, and if needed, you can also give them limited access by assigning them a customized client dashboard, which is different from the access given to regular employees.

Please note that only admins can set different dashboards and permissions for employees and clients, customizing what each user type can see and do on the platform.
Q: For Mkt Agencies - Does Flowly have a client portal where to show deliverables and tasks?
I'm running an agency and want to know if Flowly lets me share task progress and deliverables with clients through a portal.
Also, I need to control what they see—some tasks or services are handled by different freelancers or teams - but are for the same client, so I don't want everything visible.
Here are my key questions: - Can I control which tasks or deliverables each client sees? If yes, can they provide feedback there? - Can I show different views to different teams or freelancers? - Do clients count as users under my account or are they guests? - Same for freelancers—are they users or separate?
Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in FlowyTeam! I'm happy to answer your questions about how FlowyTeam can support your agency workflow, especially around client and team collaboration.
Client Portal & Task Visibility Control Yes, FlowyTeam allows you to control task visibility for different users. You can assign tasks and deliverables to specific clients and restrict their access only to what’s relevant to them. Clients can view progress, leave comments, and provide feedback directly within the task or deliverable.
Customized Views for Teams or Freelancers Absolutely. You can create different teams or assign roles, and FlowyTeam lets you customize what each user or group sees. This is ideal for managing multiple freelancers or internal teams without exposing unrelated tasks or sensitive information. You can do this in the module settings or permission settings
Client Access – Guest or User? Clients can be added as limited-access users (guests). This means they don’t count against your full user license quota, and you can configure their permissions carefully.
Freelancer Access – User or Separate? Freelancers are considered regular users, especially if they need to collaborate on tasks, update statuses, or log time. However, you can still control their visibility and permissions based on roles and team assignment.

Q: How can I upload expenses from multiple bank and credit card statements?
Adding expenses is fine, but how do I do a bulk upload of information so I can align with KPIs and run trend analysis? How can I edit the uploaded information, as not all expenses can be counted as expenses? How do I verify?
A: Hi, yes, you can bulk upload expenses from multiple bank and credit card statements in XLSX format through the Expenses module in FlowyTeam. After uploading, you can edit or recategorize any entry, especially if certain items shouldn’t be counted as expenses. Each entry can then be reviewed, verified, and aligned with your KPIs to support accurate tracking and trend analysis.

The platform don’t accept PDF statements directly so you’ll need to convert them to CSV or Excel format before uploading
Q: How do you stack the deal?
I purchased two codes recently and sent an email (dirks@). The Plan Two showed 50 users, but from the looks of it it might have been a misprint. Anyways, it is not clear if the deal is stackable or unstackable from comments etc. In the offering it states stackable along with the different levels. Please provide some clarification on this and how we can stack codes, it available as an option. Thanks.
It’s not a misprint, we’re currently in the process of implementing some updates to our existing plans, which might be why things appear a bit unclear at the moment. Rest assured, our team will look into your case to ensure everything is in order.
To assist you further, could you please contact us at hello@flowyteam.com and include the details of your purchase? That will help us verify and stack the codes correctly for you.
Thanks again for your support and patience!
