Hi! I’m considering buying your product — can you please tell me if it can handle this workflow?
👉 I have 300 designs in Canva in one folder (each is a separate design). 👉 For each design, I want to automate the following steps:
1️⃣ Open the design 2️⃣ Click on “Share” 3️⃣ In the dropdown: set “Anyone with the link can view”; view-only link 4️⃣ Copy the view link 5️⃣ Copy the design title (either from the design itself or from the browser tab) 6️⃣ Open a Google Sheet 7️⃣ Paste the title and the view link into the correct columns in the sheet 8️⃣ Repeat this process for all 300 designs
My key requirement: the original design must remain protected (people should only get the view link, not an edit link).
Can it fully automate this workflow? And is it stable enough to handle this kind of task in Canva?

We have some emails that need to be inserted into a website, where you first log in with gmail, then you press a series of buttons and then fill in the information over 3 pages, where you press the save button on each.

I have read some comments about leveraging AI within your tool, but in very simple terms - is it on the roadmap to have AI develop the automation within your tool? This could be a game changer for me.
A: Hello scott1257 Thank you for your good words and feedback Yes 100% Ai is our RoadMap to make the use of RTILA easier and faster, but we are using a 2 steps approach: 1) We will soon start to integrate an Ai Chat helper inside complex commands to help you configure those commands using text prompt (API Bridge, Dynamic JS command etc..) 2) Once we have enough RTILA Projects with Human feedback we are planning to finetune an Ai model so that it can generate working .rtila files that you can then import to RTILA and run and or customize/touchup
