A: First, please accept our sincerest apologies for the delayed response. We have been working incredibly hard on the massive RTILA X (v8.3+) update. Additionally, we experienced a brief, unexpected server outage in late May 2026 which temporarily affected our website and licensing servers. This has been fully resolved, and our infrastructure is back to normal.
Q: It does not work and want support before refund.
I had the free version but nothing worked. I got a single code here and still does not work. By "work" I mean do anything at all. It fails to even try to start a project. There is not even a selector panel in my browser when I start a new project, and I can find no debug tutorials. Sometimes I get 8 empty browser tabs from an initiation. Hi I just updated/installed to RTILA 8.2 and am asked to enter my license key, which returns that no activations are left. I bought deal Plan 1 with 1 Machine. Do I need an extra license/machine to update to 8.2 or can I uninstall 7.1 and activate 8.2 then? Can I export the database from 7.1 and import it into 8.2 without an issue? Thank you, Mirco
