Hi, I like the idea of RTILA, but didn't find any support. Mailed 2 times to your support emailadress but no one responds. The problem is: if I hit the inspect button Chrome starts, the screen flickers and I come back in RTILA. I searched the documentation, watched a couple of Youtube video's but can't find something about this bug.

A: Dear Arjan For support please email us to support at rtila dot com or submit a support ticket via this section: https://rtila.com/support/
Also we have release our V8 Beta which has now an Ai Assistant and much more stable with browsers and operating systems, see the video walkthrough here: https://youtu.be/VU2M6S3IQv4 Download the V8 beta from...
It can run locally — yes, but it needs internet to check/activate license at launch.
Here are the equivalences: Plan 1 > Business with 1 Device Plan 2 > Business with 3 Device Plan 3 > Business with 5 Device Plan 4 > Agency with 10 devices Plan 5 > Agency but with 15 devices Plan 6 > Enterprise 100 Devices
This was previously answered by Mohamed Es Fih who said the above. You can find that...
Hi Mohammed, I was wondering if you can tell us more about version 8. Regards Arjan

Q: Stupid question: How do we decide how many machines we need?
You have 15 machines in Tier 5 and then it jumps to 100 machines in Tier 6. I don't think it's about "the more, the merrier", but the actual usage and learning curve for new users.
What is the best practice?
Also, what are the possibilities or use cases so we can better understand how to use the RPA and automation?
Thank you for reading.

I don't think it's about "the more, the merrier", but the actual usage and learning curve for new users. >>> The additional main difference to reach Tier 6 is that you get unlocked and commercial rights to compile your automation projects into Standalone Executable files that you can sell under your own terms...
I do not see Standalone on any tier other than tier 6

A: Dear rrenteria Standalone executables using our compiler feature are available even with one code but only for self-use, as the Standalone file will only work on the same computer it was compiled from. To unlock the Standalones so that your clients can use them without RTILA Studio then you need the reseller rights which only comes with the Tier 6 Let us know if you need more precisions
Thanks for your answer, but then does all of the automations exist only on the computer or they exist in the cloud? and how do you run them? It is confusing since your demo is on creating scripts that run from the computer, but then now you say I can only run them from my computer which they are pretty useless if you ask unless they are to share with others, but do you have an interface or script?
Sorry did not see the notification of your follow up question. Allow to give few clarifications. Automations with RTILA can be executed in 3 different ways/formats:
1) As a "Local run" project inside the RTILA Studio. Here you can run the project right after you edit it and it will run within the RTILA Studio user interface and open your local browser to run that automation.
2) As a "Cloud run" here RTILA Studio will push your project to our secure Cloud and will run it from our Cloud. So you can switch off or fully use/free your computer for other tasks.
3) As a compiled standalone executable Software. Here RTILA Studio is not needed to run this automation. The automation becomes a software of its own & will open the browser to execute the flow. If you have 6 codes/plans than these executables can be sold and used by third parties unlimited. If less than 6 codes/plan then the executable files can only be run on same PC that compiled it

Q: What do the plans are here correlate to from the pricing on your site?
You have plans 1,2, and 3 here but on your site it is business, agency, and enterprise. Are these the same?
