The next step for all of these platforms would be to use AI agents to build your automations. Instead of building workflows yourself, you simply tell the AI what you need it to do and it does it. There are already excellent solutions on the market (e.g. BrowserBase), and new ones are popping each week. Very soon, all similar RPA tools will have this, otherwise they'll go out of business.
A: Hello Laffiliate. My first reply from few days ago did not go through but here we go: Yes are and will involve more and more Ai Agents, MCPs and all the Ai innovation products coming it. A: Dear Jojogo Yes 3 machines means 3 computers activating/using RTILA Studio license at one given time. You can either disable/disconnect each computer using our custom dashboard activation count feature here: https://rtila.com/docs/manage-license-activation-count/ Or you can upgrade if you prefer to keep RTILA Studio activated all more machines/computers if need be.

I want to do a search in YouTube and scrape the info (and save it to a database such as AirTable). Here's an example of what I want RTLA to do: #1 Enter my search terms for the YouTube search field: "WordPress AI" for example. #2 Open YT channel main page, click on "...more" to open the pop-up containing Description text, Links, and More info such as # of subscribers, views... Capture all that info. #3. Capture the list of videos for the channel including when recorded, # of views, title and url. #4. Save to AirTable (or other database that supports fields and long text). #5. Can RTLA do the above? #6. How many hours would it take to complete the above? #7. Is any custom programming needed? A: Hello mscott Thank you for your purchase and trust, see first answers below:

I recently purchase the RTILA(6 codes). I have issue with setting up RTILA Mac app. The software is not opening the browser at all. I created a ticket, after initial response, I haven't heard back in over three days. I cannot see any proper documentation, also for me to fix the issue.
A: Dear Rahul We have sent you an email with a video tutorial with detailed instructions on how to install our software on Mac after the recent Apple changes. A: Dear Laffiliate, the exclusive deal had more Machines/devices allocation for the same price, and also the Reseller Rights was accessible with only 50 machines/device license, otherwise the rest is the same
No, or at least not under the same level of discount as we have improved our Software and increased our public prices quiet a bit since then. But if we do launch a new Executive Deal all regular deal owners who have an AppSumo Plus subscription will inherit that deal as per AppSumo rules and we will honor that. So in all cases it is better to buy current regular deal as we will increase its price
Q: Rtila Nocodebackend
Hi, I'm struggling with trying to automate table entries for a database in nocodebackend.com. My automation is to get the details from claude ai of the tables required and then just create the database and begin the process of filling in the tables. Is this something that can be done? Do you have vidoes for this? I look forward to hearing back from you.
A: dear jamoooret. We already have a similar command for a nocode database backend for Directus.io and we could rather easily create a command for nocodebackend.com as I have just created a test database and saw the API instructions which is very similar to what we already have. So for writing into the database this is confidently doable.
Now for getting the data from Claude then it has to be structured data and not chat like text. Ideally you want to use Claude API and use the structured output endpoint/method so that the data you get back from Claude is easily matched to the table fields of the nocodenackend.com database. And we already have a Claude API command see here: https://rtila.com/downloads/?_s=claude
I have Claude api. I haven’t used the newcomer first automation. Could I email you about this? Can this be done as my first automation?
Q: Hi
Can I run everything from the cloud by getting a small Windows VPS and doing it all from there? Would I need just one machine for that? How do you handle data security? Thanks!
A: Hello Gaston Yes you can run everything from your own little cloud and you can use a Windows VPS (easier) or a Linux VPS with GNOME/Xfce (more power). We can share with you a list of good providers. If you plan to use a VPS we suggest you take at least a 3 Machines/Devices License so that you can Design your automation projects on your Laptop/Desktop then run them on your VPS. For security it will depend on how you setup your VPS but normally this is not discoverable in terms of IP address of your VPS and you can implement more security on your Remote Desktop access and SSH.
A: Hello Dian. Machines means a device or computer. If you have 3 machines license then you can activate RTILA Studio license on 3 different computers at the same time. And we have a web based License management interface where you can disable and realocate a license "count" so that you can install RTILA Studio on a new computer if one of your first computer fails or does not need it anymore.
Thank you! I’m think on buying Rtila for selling ai automation solutions for marketing teams, how can I do that? Do I have to install Rtila on my client computer and build there the automations?

Q: Scrapping des sites web (catalogues) de grossistes d'articles divers
Mon cher Mohamed, j'aimerais savoir :
A: Hello Fantomas. For the part related to your order/billing/support yes our website is GDPR compliant. For the Data Scraped by RTILA Studio/Bots that data does not go through our servers and exclusively stays on your computer, so you will have to implement/honor GDPR (and other regulations) if you will be hosting/holding private individual data. You could also use our Bridge API to store your data on certified databases on the cloud such as Neon or Supabase for instance.
A: Hello Balint It also works on Linux but you need to use a Linux distribution with a full GUI like GNOME We are also preparing an ISO image for Ubuntu + RTILA + Local Web SaaS Backend to have a full infrastructure for massive scrapping, formatting, enrichment and monetization of your Data. Just reach out to us after your purchase and we will share an early access with you for the Ubuntu related resources.
Yes Please!!! (Windows VPS instances are costly...) I'm more of a fan of CentOS (RH), but Debian will be fine. Having said that, typically VPS installs don't do display GUI's, for presumably obvious reasons. Scaling RTILA via AWS or Azure clouds of VPS instances would be great!
Q: Microsoft Power BI
Does this product support data scraping on Microsoft Power BI? I have purchased a license for one machine and discovered that the Microsoft Power BI dashboard display becomes small and obstructed when using this Rtila extension, rendering it unusable. I have tested it on Chrome, Edge, and Brave browsers, but none of them work.
A: Power Bi is not really a pure Web software nor is it a data source. And this is the not a valuable way of combining these 2 tools. Normally you would use RTILA to scape the data and Power Bi to visualize the data, this is a valuable way of combining the 2 tools
Most welcome, we also have other visualization tools and even SaaS Backend solutions we can advise to take your RTILA scraped data to the next level
Q: Telegram Text Copy and use on browser.
Hey, I’m curious. Could I make an automation that looks for messages from a user twice a day at specific time frames in telegram chat, then copy that coupon code and then maybe also open a browser, login into a site with stored credentials, follow steps to enter code (like a coupon code) into a code box and presses submit?
It would require listening for the code from a user that uses a specific format when announcing the code.
A: Hello Tony This would require few logical approaches as we have the commands to achieve that with RTILA: 1) Create an RTILA Project and enable scheduling for 2 times per day 2) The Automation would project would load that user message history and cycle through all the new messages. So here you need a Google Sheet or a Database to store the ID and time of each message to recognize the new messages and avoid re-scrapping all messages. Or you can go brutal and just scrape all messages every time (this can work if say there are less than 100 new messages per day). 3) When you cycle through the message you can use either a Regex rule to recognize the coupon code if the coupon code has a specific pattern or if it is preceded by the same suffix/prefix texts. otherwise you can just send the text content for each or all message to an Ai to ask it to semantically recognize and extract the discount code for you. 4) Once a discount code is capture then you feed it to the flow that will login and redeem that discount code somewhere Hope this helps
Q: Can this be installed in my site hosting server? Just wonder if it can do whatever automation tasks in website

Ici encore il faudra developer une matrice pour les relations ASIN-Amazon/SKU-Grossiste pour eviter les confusions.

Q: GDPR
Hello,
Is RTILA GDPR-compliant ?
Best regards,
F
RTILA
Mar 12, 2025A: Hello Fantomas.

Q: Are there plans (ETA) for Linux VPS Support?
I think I read that for VPS you only support Windows? I would be curious to use this tool on a linux vps. Thanks!
RTILA
Feb 27, 2025A: Hello Balint
It also works on Linux but you need to use a Linux distribution with a full GUI like GNOME
We are also preparing an ISO image for Ubuntu + RTILA + Local Web SaaS Backend to have a full infrastructure for massive scrapping, formatting, enrichment and monetization of your Data.

Feb 26, 2025A: Power Bi is not really a pure Web software nor is it a data source. And this is the not a valuable way of combining these 2 tools. Normally you would use RTILA to scape the data and Power Bi to visualize the data, this is a valuable way of combining the 2 tools

Thank you for your response. That clarifies my concerns.

Feb 25, 2025A: Hello Tony
This would require few logical approaches as we have the commands to achieve that with RTILA:
1) Create an RTILA Project and enable scheduling for 2 times per day
2) The Automation would project would load that user message history and cycle through all the new messages.
4) Once a discount code is capture then you feed it to the flow that will login and redeem that discount code somewhere
Hope this helps
