1) Yes doable, for the Meta Tags you need to have an SEO Plugin in place
2) Doable but for each target blog/portal you need to develop a template
3) Yes doable, again one template for each website but here it should be a small variation
4) This part if more tricky and you would need an Image/Video tool and if it has a web interface or an API then RTILA can control it in your flow
5) Yes doable, you need to input the list of social media URLs or keyword for searching
6) We already have something like this for LinkedIn and we can do other templates
7) Should be doable but would require some trial/error to recognize native website blogs vs Yelp or other platforms
8) We already have a template for Quora and have in plan Reddit so these 2 will be easier, the others need to be built
9) This one we already have a FaceBook Groups Posting automation ready

This workflow is very interesting and doable with RTILA but that will be a lot of work and complexity if you only involve RTILA. Here are what I suggest you do:
1) Instead of a Google Drive you could use a cheap FTP hosting/VPS which will be faster and more freedom to deal with your files and RTILA has an FTP upload/download command. Also on this hosting/VPS you could run a simple script that for each new media file uploaded then call/kick-off an RTILA Cloud bot/API.
2) The upload/download to/from the web based social media AI editing tool should be straight forward unless they have some advanced anti-bot protections. The edited file is saved back to your FTP with its filename appended with Xfilename-edited.mp4 for example
3) For the social media part it would be a big time saver if you use an existing social media posting solution. You could even create a WordPress blog article featuring your video and post that blog URL to various social media channels and accounts.

This way you can interact with API based systems and create your own Zapier like connections without having to pay for Zapier tasks

There are to main differences:
1) The number of machines or devices on which you can use your license key to activate RTILA Studio at one given point
2) Plan 6 gives one additional feature which is the reseller rights and unlocking of Standalone Bots you can compile so you can sell them and they can be used third party computers (below Plan 6 the Standalones would only work on the computer that compiled them)

otherwise if you run your automation on our Secure Cloud then we are using Proxying in each page load and your flow gets a new IP address

2.) Can I schedule task to work in the cloud with RTILA without incurring and additional cost of purchasing my own VPS? Please explain

>>> No, our Cloud has been revamped and we will start charging per run so there will be a cost per use. Otherwise you can use your own little cloud and run as many automations as your VPS can support at no extra fee.

>>> Yes, including for your own VPS setup you can schedule the tasks to run at a specific schedule

Can I record, or command the bot to follow my steps of taking files from one folder, then placing it into other folders?
>>> No our recorder is for web pages flows but we have a series of File Management commands that you can use with a conditional logic to find/edit/move/delete a file, see here: https://rtila.com/downloads/page/2/?_s=file

Such as, folder for each student/employee. Data gets bulk downloaded into cluster folders such as ID, CV, etc. Then need to take CV of student in CV folder, cut/copy, move it into the employee/student's folder.

Yes but the challenge is more on you defining a flow and a logic and that flow/logic needs to make sense for an automation to proceed. Now I do not think you can automate % of this just with RTILA you may need to use some other tools or scripts or custom code here and there but we are happy to guide you if you submit a support ticket and the best for you to get this started is to do a video screen recording of one specific flow where you show and explain from where you get the file, what you need to do to the file and where to place it and what are the conditions/choices for each step

And with this API Bridge command you can actually build your own little Zapier/Make collection where you will not have to pay per query/task fee from Zapier/Make

Yes of course, but you need to get the 6 codes/plan to get reseller rights and unlock the Standalone executable files so that your clients can run them on their computer without knowing/having RTILA
Also for your self-use you can install RTILA Studio on a cheap Desktop OS VPS for $10/month and run RTILA Studio and or your standalone bots from there for a fixed cost per month and this way you can switch off your main computer for running long automations on your own little cloud. Yes you can do that, the way to do it is to duplicated your project as many times as you have social media accounts. Then for each project you login using a different account (name your projects accordingly). Once each project has a different user session, you can then run them at the same time. Now that will not solve the issue or other fingerprints that social media will log such as Ip address, browser fingerprint etc.... But you can use our Proxying command to switch IP/location and use our Switch Identity command to switch appearance as a mobile/tablet/PC...

Now all this said and although technically possible we do not recommend this approach as the smallest mistake could get your accounts blocked.
The best way is to multiply horizontally and not vertically. Meaning instead of doing the same action multiple time on the same social media platform, you do an automation that does 5 different actions on 5 different social media accounts for one data row/account.

This way from the perspective of the each social media platform you are doing only one connection at the time (normal usage), but overall you are still going 5 times faster with no threshold/banning risk.

1. With the AppSumo deal, are cloud runs included, or would I need to set up my own VPS/server to run automations in the cloud?
>>> Yes you can setup your own VPS and RTILA can run on cheap VPS with just 2GB or RAM and 1 vCPU, starting a $10/month and on such VPS you could run up to 3 to 10 simultaneous Standalone Bots depending on the complexity of each bot
Or you can use our Cloud Run feature will soon be launched on a pay per use basis for about similar cost per run as having your own VPS but our Cloud can run few hundred projects simultaneously.

2. If automations are being run in the cloud, can they be scheduled to run automatically without my local computer being turned on?
>>> Yes they can, either based on a cron like schedule, or being triggered via Webhook or API call

3. Does RTILA support triggering automations via webhooks? For example, if an external app sends a webhook to RTILA, can it start a specific automation workflow in response?
>>> Yes each Cloud Bot uploaded to our cloud gets a unique endpoint so it can be triggered via Webhook and API calls

No, it does not work like that with our scheduller, the computer needs to be on for it to work. If you want to keep track of automations/flows that have run or not one schedule you can use our Google Sheet command and create a column for Status and an other Column for last run Date/Time, this way you can apply conditional logic to find the flows that did not run and run them again.

1 Column for status that the bot/automation will check before launching the flow, for example: TODO/DONE
