Q: Hello, DigitalNowa.

I'm a Nowa Gold user and there are some few questions I would love to ask.

Where can I contact your support and get a reply?

Do I have to always ask questions here?

I've checked your site, there's no contact form.

I've checked your YouTube channel, there's an email attached, but when I sent a mail, it went void.

I've sent a message to your Owner (Kabir Bhupeshraj) and Chatbot Expert (Bharat Malviya) on Facebook, yet no response from either.

I even sent a request to join your private group with my email on Facebook, but you're yet to approve me.

And this is getting close to about 3 weeks - 1 month now, yet I can't reach out to your support.

Why?

If there's no support, how do I trust your service?

Q: Since we are a Bangladeshi company.

Most of our customers text to us in Bangla. But socialnowa does not render it accurately. Making it hard for us to understand the text. Secondly whenever I press enter after typing a text. it doesn't send the text to the customer as it should like all the other messaging platforms, rather it just reloads the page. This is a hectic problem as we are all used to sending text by pressing the enter button.

Q: Is it possible to use the tool for Instagram DM campaign outreach?

I mean is it possible to input a list of Instagram profiles (as CSV or Google Sheets) and let the chatbot send a personalized message to all the people?
