Q: I just wanted to come here and say HI!

I vividly remember the day I was making my first ever logo on my iPad back when I was 10 or 11 years old (14 years ago!!) and it was with Logo Creator from you guys!! It was one of the first pieces of software my dad bought for me LOL!

Q: Hi.

I know your products a little so I have a few questions.
In your website you offer eCover and Mockup creator.
Is it a completely separate product or if I get Graphics creator I will have the same functions/templates included?

I had some older products from you a few years back, but it seems that you don't give any support to them anymore (I have tried to contact you a few times regarding recovering licenses etc with no success).
But they were good so I assume this deal is a good one too.

Yes, the Graphics Creator includes the eCover and Mockups as well as all of the other templates! We do have products from many years ago that are no longer active, but we also have a lot of new products. I hope you enjoy the Graphics Creator!

Q: I very rarely comment, but this time I had to.

Purchased June 12, 2023 , its now June 21 , 2023 and I have not received my email to confirm to start using the program. It just looked like a great program to get. So disappointing. I let other deals go by to get this one and I can't use it and now the other one has been sold out.

I have sent several messages and all I get was, "We received your email request!
Give us a little time to review the question, ..we'll be back to you very shortly :)

While you're waiting, take a look at some of our awesome tutorial videos. they'll show you some cool tips and tricks you can do with the software:

Honestly the tutorials are GREAT, the best I have seen, but can't work on it.

I am posting here, hoping to getting help.

Q: Well I submitted a question on AppSumo about the "fixed" signup and either AppSumo deleted my inquiry or the Author did.

Like everyone else I have gotten nowhere with this company on getting access to what I paid. Only told it is fixed, but that must not be true. Unless, I am the only one still having this issue. In which case it is not fixed for me.

I wanted this software to work. I wanted to use it. I've given them a few days. Filled out tickets and everything all on deaf ears.

I will wait even longer. Until Monday Midday and then I am asking for a refund.

AppSumo team you should really look into these guys as it is making you look bad marketing them.

i know. really sorry for the mix of reviews.
I've been creating Laughingbird Software for almost 17 years. I hired a few support people who, I ... probably shouldn't have hired. the mechanism between AppSumo and Laughingbird broke. The software is fine, the main gist of the 'bad' reviews are all users who initially just couldn't login. I'm working to fix this.

If you decide to go for it, I will make sure you are able to login. And, if for any reason you feel it's not for you, no worries. Refunding is easy through AppSumo. :)

thanks for the question.

The Graphics Creator is a bit different than the other apps out there.

These are the types of templates I've created for the app:

you can use them with Facebook and Instagram etc... but you'll need to manually set the size of the canvas to match the social platform.
