I can see that there is a transcript feature but are these searchable? Do you have the option of displaying the transcription all the time with an option to click to listen? So just displaying like a normal email that you may want to listen to for context? - "Hmmm, did I take that the wrong way? Maybe I'll listen to the voice note..
I am wondering if you are still developing the app? I asked a long time ago if you would enable branding for your collections, you said you would eventually, but this never happened and nothing else really got developed since then. You previously responded very fast to emails, but even a real bug I reported a few weeks back needed 2 messages to get any response. What's happening?

We do send a monthly newsletter with the new features and things we work on to active Vocal users ;) We are building new stuff all the time, but the branding on the collect forms hasn't been a priority, simply because people haven't been using that feature as much as we expected ;)

Your point about the branding for collect forms doesnt make sense - we for one don't use it despite wanting to because we don't want to send the collections in bright blue - perhaps others have the same feeling? What is the other "new stuff"?
That's good feedback! You're right that the lack of branding might be preventing some people from using it.
We'd added some team features in may such as the ability to know which team member listened to a voice message, this month we added the ability to set a deadline after which voice messages auto delete and two months ago we added the ability to add comments to voice messages ;)

Q: The messages I have sent to my account go into the Span
I was going to buy a code, but when testing on your website, the messages I sent to my account go into the Spam... and it's only with the audio and short.
A: Hhm.. not sure I get it? You send a message from your own email address to yourself? Or did you use the button where we send you a test voice message?
Spam detectors use a variety of factors, including the existing reputation of your inbox, to decide if something is spam. so if the reputation is really bad, it can be that any email that is not plain text will be marked as spam.
But since you emailed yourself, that shouldn't happen, so I'm not sure. Vocal embeds an image with a link in the email, same as loom for example or many other tools. It's pretty standard so for normal inboxes with normal reputation, there is no harm. But if your inbox already has a suspicious reputation, that can be the thing that makes an email go into spam (as would happen if you sent a Loom over email for example).

We have since added even more features such as the ability to create forms to collect voice messages. Messages that you receive can be downloaded and you can create as many forms as you want to collect voice messages for different use cases. -> https://app.vocal.email/settings/collect

If we buy any tier then how many email accounts on a single domain are covered? As in if a company has 50 email accounts then which tier will work?
