Q: Question About Activating AppSumo Licenses for Future Team Members
Hi,
I recently purchased a 4-license AppSumo deal for Vocal Email and I am very excited to use it.
However, I noticed that the deal requires activation by a specific date. My situation is a bit unique: right now I am the only person on my team, and I plan to bring on additional team members over the next few months. So I will not need the extra licenses right away.
It was probably "Vocal - Plus exclusive." I can't tell what subscription I have. The dashboard shows that I have the Pro version. But the Team Members section also shows that I have 3 users. Does this mean I had 3 codes? ๐ค What is my current subscription? How can I check this? ๐ค And how can I upgradeโ

A: Hey - for old users, best to contact [email protected] so we can check your specific situation because I need your account email but yes it means you had three codes, and are on the Plan 3 :) You can always buy more codes to upgrade further :)
Q: an we have a voice player on a contact form ?
on a voice contact form where we get clients to record their message
can we have our voice message on the form so they listen to our message and then record their reply ?
if not can you add this feature

Q: Can I change the account owner from my email to a client email?
If I want two different emails sending vocal email then I will need two accounts?

Hi, is it possible to send voice messages via my desktop client (betterbird, thunderbird or web client) from my own hosing email provider?
