Per transcription: I send numerous Vocals to our sorority members and you can imagine the misspelling of Greek terms that occur. Is there a way to increase the accuracy of transcripts or do I have to manually change the transcript before sending the Vocal? Is there documentation that helps me understand the options?

A: Thanks for reaching out with these questions!
Regarding transcription accuracy and Greek terms—unfortunately, there isn't a built-in way to train or improve accuracy specifically. You will need to manually correct the transcript before sending. We’re exploring better options here and will keep you posted.
About adding a team member in Tier 2: this means you can invite someone with their own...
Thank you for the thorough response. I purchased Tier 2 for the themes, fonts, colors, etc. I might use it for a second email account or gift it to a friend.
Quick question: In my use case I’d like to have VAs on my team sending vocal notes but I want them to be able to use an AI-voice instead of their own. Is this possible? I don’t mind a bit of a workaround if necessary. Thanks

A: Sure! If you already have a tool that generates the AI voice messages, you can upload them to Vocal and send them (or get your VAs to send them).
But unfortunately generating AI audio files is not supported :)
Is it possible to integrate your service with customer support services like Done Done, ThriveDesk, Support Genix and FluentSupport to start? I had a client recently injured their hand and they could not type so we sent voice messages and it would be great to increase accessibility by including the option for voice messages at set lengths: 15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds. I am looking at expanded purpose without having multiple chatbots on a webpage.
Cheers!

Hello
Am I wrong? I believe Vocal is acting with gross negligence and intentionally violating the GDPR / DSGVO.

A: Hey,
Just to clarify, voice messages (and their transcription) are stored on our servers indeed.
And anyone you share a link with to your voice message, will be able to listen to the voice message and read the transcription.
Where you maybe have a little misunderstanding is around the idea of "guessing" a link. Those urls contain a key that is impossible to guess. It would be like saying...
